I listened to this on cassette 25 years ago and it helped me wipe out a very large amount of depression and anger I suffered from then. I still use it today whenever something negative pops up and it has always worked. A very deep thanks to you Louse we are blessed to have you.
Excellent! Healing and teaching how to love, reminding us how we loved ourselves as babies, that description alone heals deeply. I am so grateful for this teacher.
Too bad she didn't love herself enough to allow herself to age naturally. The fact that she's had plastic surgery because she "didn't like the way I was aging," has undermined her philosophy.
@Volcano2014 You are absolutely right. What you do to yourself reflects how you feel about yourself. Problem is Louise counsels others to look in the mirror and to say "I love myself exactly as I am." But when she looked in the mirror, she didn't like what she saw, and saying she did was not enough for her. So, she opted to have a surgeon cut, stretch and stitch her flesh for vanities sake. She says one thing and does another.
thanks a lot louise i owe you so much

@burnellmusic She loves herself to look her best. Taking care of your appearance reflects how you feel about yourself.
