I find this very interesting. The plasma theory is frightening because HAARP knows how to create plasma from radio waves here on the ground . So if HAARP is loading our ionosphere, or magnetosphere with plasma - are they trying to create this "perfect storm?"

So let me guess - we will continue in solar minimum and after cap and trade is established, they will say, 'Oh look! The efforts to reduce our carbon are immediately reversing our global warming!' And suddenly everyone dances in the streets - unbeknown that we are probably heading into a mini ice age. LOL
