Tennis Tactics Mistakes - Attacking Behind the baseline

The only mistake that's made in this video is that they OJ guy mishit the ball, thus sending the ball wide and short. You can tell by the higher ping the racket makes as it strikes the ball. I'm sure the OJ guy was aiming cross court, but not particularly aggresive or wide.

He simply made an error, not a tactical mistake

The lesson is that short cross-court shots should be attempted at the net or on the opposite corner.
