The whole racism theme between humans and fishmen island ends only for fishmen island. I think Jimbe's dream would be end racism between humans and fishmen around the world. Everyone above the oceans surface still think fishmen are scary.
Jinbe wanted Luffy to fight Hodi because Luffy is a human. The main theme of this arc is racism between Fishmen and Humans. Luffy needed to be the hero of fishman island to end the racism that is commonplace in fishman island.
@TheAcousticKind Luffy was going to fight Hodi because his crew mates were in trouble. He was going to fight him for the wrong reason. The fight wouldn't help end the racism in fishman island. Its why Jinbe told him to wait.
How is Robins Power broken? sure she can sprout as many limbs as she wants anywhere but if any of them get injured, she gets injured. Also she is not very physically strong.
@MalikCM The limitation of her personal strength doesn't really speak of the power's ability. She could enhance her physical strength if she desired to.
even though jinbei may or may nor join and i dont like that jinbei may join it make the most sense with jinbei as the strawhats kinda need someone who has keen knowledge in the new world and how oda show'd all of these other human species i was 100% sure that eventually one of the crew would be a non human (like a longarm or a giant or sky island person)

Also not alot of people realize this but Jinbe was actually the first confirmed Fishman in the series and his name was introduced the same time as Fishman Island.
luffy is stronger than jinbe now, he can use haki very efficiently, and more importantly, i think jinbe will join luffy's crew cuz he feels like he will owe luffy something for helping save fishman island. thats my opinion.
Also when you said that most of the crew was weaker then Luffy, if you remember when luffy first met Franky. Franky actually was beating luffy for abit.
@DarriustoadSAGE Are you insinuating that Franky was stronger or even close to Luffy in strength when they met? I think you can safely examine how well each of them did against Lucci to understand how Franky was inferior in terms of fighting ability.

Luffy was already adapting to the fighting style of CP9 so really as soon as that happened he was already passed franky by Miles. but when they first met he took luffy by surprised and was beaten him somewhat.
With the fights thing involving deck i was very much hoping a sniper battle between him and ussop..That would have shown Ussops Marksmenship and how it approved allot.
I think Oda will have to develop Jinbe's personality more, as I think he is pretty one dimensional at this point. We know his backstory and what he went through, he just hasn't shown a whole lots of emotion over everything just yet. I think that might be coming soon

I see Jinbe joining, as though he is a big name, I don't think he's bigger than Luffy anymore. I think the whole world recognizes Luffy as the threat, and not Jinbe, and him joining the crew adds to their power. Jinbe makes the perfect addition as helmsman, and the fishman part is obvious. I don't think he'll go willingly at first, but I believe he'll go. I understand and respect your positions on this, but I actually like Jinbe as a character, though he is dry on occasion.

The one piece wiki say Jimbei is 46, I agree with you I think Jimbei is too old. I agree robins power is broken. I really liked the Gold D roger part of the chapter where he hears the seakings and is asking rayleigh if he hears something.
I also had an idea that Noah was made by the same shipwright that made Pluton(one of the great weapons). Noah had ties to Joy Boy and the poneglyphs so its very possible that they are related.
and if anyone's looking for a good place to discuss One Piece, go to gamefaqs' anime and manga other titles board and discuss One Piece in the "One Piece Legendary Q & A" topic. Its a great topic to discuss the latest chapters and any theories/predictions. There are a lot of hard core One Piece fans .
Part 4: could even be more crew members because in the beginning of the series I believe Luffy said something like a crew of 10 or 11 would be enough and we are getting to be around that limit. Finally, I agree with the issue with destiny. If Luffy was always going to be the Pirate King, that would be too anti-climactic for me. P.S. I hate character limits.
Part 3: in blindly could be dangerous. Also, I always thought that they needed a fishman especially with the fact that the ocean is instant death for the many devil fruit eaters in the crew. In all honesty I could live without Jinbei in the crew specifically, te power doesn't bother me because I think it could help them catch up to the notoriety of Captain Kid. Also, Jinbei joining felt a little obvious to me so I have started to care more about the next crew member and whether or not there

One of the main themes of One Piece is freedom and if it was a destiny thing that would contradict the whole point of having freedom. I'm assuming that "the voice of all things" is a rare form of Color of the observation, and that it awoke from Luffy's desires and personality.
Part 2: gained power, and has achieved some goal through Luffy's help(Jinbei has), but he does not hold a dream that is his own that will drive him to travel with Luffy. I cannot say that I will not find out about one in the future because Jinbei has yet to answer Luffy and new information could still come out. I strongly feel he will join as he is another person who has got more powerful over the time skip and I still feel that he wants to keep his promise he made to Ace about protecting Luffy. But most importantly, in what I see as a "final boss battle" with Black Beard's crew, some one needs to be able to fight San Juan Wolf, and that leaves A Franky Mecha, Monster Chopper or now Sanji/ Jinbei being able to take on the giant guy.
I believe Luffy had to fight the Hody because if Jimbei defeated him, it would just be a fishman fighting a fishman and it wouldn't really mean anything to the fishmen. Luffy had to clear his name to the fishmen by saving them from Hody.

I agree with you when you talk about Jinbe not fitting into the crew, it seems like he's just too much of a major character too fit in and he doesn't really have a place in the crew, everyother member has a title e.g. nami the navigator, Ussop the Sniper, but what would Jinbe be? fishman of the straw hat pirates doesn't seem quite right. And like you said about the water fighting sanji seems to have that covered he was fine fighting Arlongs nakama underwater and now he has blue walk. :)
