  • very good...war is real people look around you...if you choose not to see it..it will be at your doorstep before you know it..what then..

  • FANTASTIC video. Wow.

  • That's rightously fucked up dude.

  • The message isnt hard to ignore, I got it right off the bat. Prophetic, keep it up, maybe it might get through to someone and make a difference. Though I supposed that's why you put it together that way in the first place. -thumbs up-

  • I find the fact you've used certain clips for this is horrible. Why would you put clips like people burning to death then dragged around by a car. Shot on pavements and people hanging with limbs torn with people dancing around it? You're disturbing enough to make this. You're set out to make people feel uncomfortable and upset with things like this.. You're truelly a disgrace and I'm sure the artist would be disappointed you've used this song for your carelessness.

  • Thanks, I appreciate the compliments. I guess the point gets lost among some people. And yes I did "set out to make people feel uncomfortable and upset with things like this", actually hell yeah I did so I must have done something right. And by the way, he loved the video, first one on his website.

  • @RobynAdairsy This video is about war so of course the images are going to be disturbing. Apparently you weren't able to correlate the lyrics of the song to the video but I sure could. Since the beginning of mankind, horrific acts have been carried out in the name of war and even though every generation vows to put an end to it, war will never change. It SHOULD be hard to see images of burned soldiers or people getting shot but that's the reality of war and it should NOT be sugarcoated!

  • By all means, no war should not be sugarcoated, never said it should.

I just don't think its fair on people who have died to have they're deaths shown publically to the world, imagine if that was your dad or child?

No, war won't change, but that doesn't mean people's deaths need to be broadcasted to everyone. I'm not sitting here starting a bicker over a video on a website. I've given my view on this, and i'm sure people agree and disgree.

  • @RobynAdairsy I do see your point, but again this is about war and showing a bunch of soldiers just marching wouldn't do justice to the message of the video. If you were making a video about drunk driving, you wouldn't just show fender benders. Watch the video Happy Christmas by John Lennon on youtube about the toll war takes on children. It's horrific to see those images but at the same time, it relays the message more effectively than a video depicting happy, vibrant children would have.

  • I do mean to be a dick, but honestly, it's not cool to put images of innocent people getting shot in the head in a music video, and its even worse to put the footage of the twin towers falling into a music video. I understand that you're going for grittiness, but you've got to be a little more sensitive. I know I certainly don't like watching people die when I'm trying to rock out to a song.

  • Then you know what, listen to the song and don't watch the video I made for it.Maybe you missed the point of it, I cried a little while making it even. So if it upset you, disturbed you or made you uncomfortable, then I did what I set out to do. Thank you for the feedback

  • It's about war. War isn't happy. It's not healthy, there's casualties everywhere, military and civilian. Innocent people get killed in war. That's why it's called WAR. Read what was put in the description. If War wasn't the death of innocent people then it wouldn't be war. My Dad was a marine during Vietnam, be happy it's just a movie.

  • @ianw19 War is not sensitive. It's not gritty, it's not rainbows or butterflies, it's death. It's decay, it's horror, it's nightmares, It's watching a soldier come home with PTSD and screaming at night because he's seen the worst of mankind. It's watching children weep over their dead family, It's seeing dogs get caught up in Napalm. It's watching a Buddhist Monk set himself on fire in protest of Vietnam. It's starvation and it is unfair. It adds impact. He's waiting for those images to stop.

  • @ianw19 I meant "I do NOT mean to be a dick." lol.

  • very talentde indeed

  • Great video. I love the other video you made about school shootings to Shinedown's song "45". You are very talented.
