On the new twitter, you don't need to search yourself. All you need to do is go to settings and go to mentions and it will show all tweets that aren't you that we're posted by another user using: @.....

Great tips I'll share with Twitter newbies, I use TweetDeck personally which shows 'Mentions' so I'm straight on it if someone mentions my business.
