  • When I saw this I turned it off straight away you don't need to feed live bait it's cruel prawns etc are just as good ?why put other fish through this

  • awsome!

  • is it a good idea to put a jack dempsey cichlid and a tiger oscar together?

  • im intrested to know, with oscars in an aquarium, do they ever go past 12inches?

  • @tigeroscarfan I've seen oscars that are near 14 inches but they are in huge tanks. The biggest oscar I've seen was in a 125 with a pleco and a few smaller cichlids (convicts etc.) I doubt an oscar would hit 14 inches in a 55 gallon.

  • How big of a tank should I get for 2 Oscars and how good should my filter be?

  • why is my tiger oscar black and white? he's got these white streaks in between the black patterns instead of orange. could he be a wild oscar?

  • if thats an adult then mine is a alien mine is 15 inches long

  • thats a wonderful tank and fish (y)

may you help me please i got 4 oscars my self

    can i use 60 gal filter for 300 gal ? :P its 9 w

  • @will20091995 if you have a 300 gallon tank you need 2 times the filter to back it up for example i have a 55 gallon and my fillter is a 500gallon per hour witch means it was intended for a 125 tank if you need help email me

  • cool oscar! check out mine!

  • has he got hole in the head or is that just scar/mark

  • do male tiger oscars grow faster than females because one is 2x larger than the other

  • amazing Oscar , am so crazy abt them i have 4

    1 black with orange spots

    1 pure orange little white

2 orange and black on edges

    they are awesome

  • Ha, my oscars are too lazy to chase their minnows.

  • HITH

  • not an adult haha. adults are a good foot long or so.

  • Nice tank.... I have just gotten two oscars a few days ago...

  • can you give me a list of the optimum food(excluding feeder goldfish but wild minnows i can do) to feed me 2'' albino oscar. Ive had one before but i dont think he had the life yours had an i want to give my peaches(oscar) that life

  • nice

  • Nice tank. I assume you mix in food other than feeder fish so your Oscar doesn't get a disease. Right?

  • some bigass minnows ay lol?

  • This is not an adult tiger oscar...

  • 0:39 That was so quick

  • @chris26muaythai for mine i feed it guppies intell he was in haling them then i put small gold fish and now hes fine with any thing u put in there

  • oscars are Gross!!

  • YOUR MOMS GROSS

  • this is cool, i got two oscars yesterday in my 55 gallon (see my video) and i was wondering if i eventually have to feed them live fish?

  • ive got a tiger oscar in a 4 feet long by about a foot and half high hes only 3months old is that big enough for him?

  • i have a question my oscar looks like he is growing a tumer is there anything i can do will he die please reply

  • MUCSIC???? I love it but I watch wayy to many martial arts movies adnd don't know which this is from? rocky?

  • EPIC! lol luv the music

  • haha i love oscars i have 7 they r soo coool

    and funny to watch

  • nice tank you know u can get another oscar in there if you wanted everyone says you need a 55 gallon for one oscar wrong i have three oscars in a 55galon living happy

  • Yea....baby oscars can live in a 55 five but 3 12in+ fish cant fit in a 55 gallon

  • I have two oscars, a common tiger and and albino, both in a 30 gal. currently. When I got them they were both about two inches, and now they are each larger than my open hand. It's only been a few months. Fair warning to those who want an oscar for a pet. They grow fast. I'm currently upgrading to a 55 gal, but even that might not be big enough. Patric and Sandy, so they are called, LOVE bloodworms and it really brings out their color. They also enjoy feeders and salmon bits. Even crayfish.

  • poor little fucker, got all dressed up with nowhere to go

  • I think you should replace the rocks. The edges are pointed and they are quite rough. Your Oscar may bump into them one day during feeding. Hope I helped

  • Hey I got an oscar a month ago and its in a 25 gallon tank but he is only 5 in long but eventually I'm going to put him in a 55 gallon tank but that is not my problem I have a air pump, perfect temp, perfect ph, plants, a filter, and a light. My problem is that I've had this fish for a month and everytime he sees me in the room he goes straight to the bottom and plays dead what can I do for him to stop that?

  • they get used to you after a while mine where like that for about a month but now there used to me when i walk around my room they swim back and forth following me

  • try and make him more familiar with you....i do this with mine and he is only 2inches but already loves me... what you can do to feed him is feed him frozen food from your hand or anything that is his favorite food and he will begin to love you for it

  • perfect meaning wht??

  • Make do with him so he is really dead

  • Mine did that too for the first 2 days, mines about same size. He still does it occasionally though. Try feeding him bright colored flakes and spend more time in the room with him. He'll learn to get used to you if you just give him some room while he eats and try no to startle him.

  • that was a pretty cool chase scene, and i like how u keep only one oscar in a suitable tank rather than getting like four and makin ur oscars suffer, gj

  • goldfish are better feeders than minnows since minnows make oscars dull, goldfish is just a snack though.

  • all of them make oscars dull!! pellets increase color

  • feeding a live fish is sad i hope something big enof will swallow you alive and you see how it feels bitch

  • why do so many idiots like you comment these types of videos? If you don't like watching fish eat fish (something that occurs all the time in nature) then don't watch the video. It seems like you people just search these videos just so you can watch them and be appalled.

  • hey idiote hows dat nature some idiote is feeding them not the fish catching them think b4 u type narb

  • i agree

  • i have a baby 3-4 in tiger oscar really fun to watch

  • i just boarte 3 red oscars i was woundering if u coukd tell me wot age and size they will need to be to start wating little minnows and goldfish

    plz reply soon =]

  • are u amatures? grown up oscars will not be comftorable in 55G.... about 100G+ is minimium

  • i have 2 baby oscars in a 40 gallon tank but i need to buy a new tank

  • hi, i have 4 oscar fishes in my 90gl tank. do you think they'll be okay together? their all about 4"-6". no fighting yet.

  • yeh they should be fine because they're good 2 or 4 together because if you have 3 then maybe 2 males would be fighting over 1 female.

  • I feed my Oscars minnows only....or pellets no gold fish

  • goldfish are better for them then minnows.

  • does anyone think that a full grown red oscar could fit in a 65 gallon by him/herself??

  • yeah quite comfortably they are OK in a 55

  • cool i used to have a 63 gallon tank

  • is a 55 gallon tank good enough for a fully grown oscar? and also wht kind of u sand u have in tank?

  • why the fuck do you feed feeders? thats why your poor oscar has hith

  • Nice set up, the white gravel and large rocks look great. He may be adult, but Mr. Chase has a lot of growing to do. One of these days I will put a video up of my Tiger Oscar "Ike". 15 inches of terror. lol. Coming soon I promise!

  • Cool, man. I have a 55 gallon tank with two Tiger Oscars. yeah, it's a little crowded and they fight often. Well, try to fight. Looks more like a kissing game.

  • nice song dude is cool nice oscar by the way check my red devil video 10 inch and tropical cichlid mix tank lol.

  • That is not an adult

  • no ware near

  • nice is there a pleco in there anyways i think there would be more room for 1 more oscar dont ya think cuz oscars do get lonesome sometimes if theres no company around

  • yea there is and ever since we've had the pleco we rarely have to clean the tank!...well besides all his waste. anyways we had another oscar (albino) when Chase was a baby and he pretty well murdered it. He moves rocks around a lot when hes bored but we think hes better off without another oscar.

  • @zavislaker That's what happened to me.. I had two albino's one killed the other when they were both about 4inches.

  • @zavislaker oscars are only best in a large group or by themselves. atleast thats what the experts say

  • @zavislaker Actually plectos are harmful to most tanks. They say that they pollute more than they clean. One of my aquarium books talk about it. Ill never buy one again.

  • @zavislaker my oscar did the same thing he live in harmony with my 2 parrot cichlids 2 bala sharks and pictus catfish though until he gets bigger maybe but for now he's been pretty much chill with his tank mates nice video though i think that was a goldfish though not a minnow

  • @stewy098 you need at least 125 gallon tank for two oscars, and its best to get two oscars as babies and raise them together or else 9 times out of 10 you will have aggression issues

  • @stewy098

Yeah i agree mine spit stones at the tank to get me to feed them
