  • I am curious about how much trigger work you've had done to the AR?

  • I've never seen it done as proficiently as that. Dang, I'm going to start practicing. Really cool video, thanks!

  • what type of buffer are you using on 9mm ? ( H2,H3,9MM?)

  • is that a red dot or acog?

  • @edv177 you have to go bigger than a 22 cal ... I tried everything but my 22 cals didnt work.

  • What's bump firing?

  • How do you bump fire from the shouldure like that?

  • Where did you buy a suppresser?

  • is it possible to bump a S&W 15/22 AR? i just cant get it to go any suggestions

  • The recoil that the ammo produces has to be greater than the weight of the gun itself. Meaning if the gun dont kick, it wont bump fire!

  • this is surely bump firing, very nice video, You have mastered the technique of bump firing, my only question is----do you have an aftermarket trigger assembly, i have bump fired my suppressed M4 but I'm not nearly this precise, and i thought it might have something to do with my stock trigger assembly

  • Comment removed

  • yeah, he's bump-firing that gun......and Im the president of the NRA....riiiiight.

  • very cool been bumping my ar for years but nothing like this. cool as hell.

  • Nice! as you stated before it is nearly impossible to bump a standard m4 especially with a recoil reducing brake, thats why I also got an ak lol, the sloppy recoil actually comes in handy believe it or not

  • looks like he finally learned how to bump fire. Let's see you do an M1 Garand.

  • looks like a small m16

  • Hey, is the Trinity suppressor full auto rated?

I don't have time to look it up right now, but I remember reading there are semi and full auto rated suppressors for various reasons. I wouldn't use a bump fire/ full auto for a non-full auto rated suppressor is what I'm sayin.

  • thats a bad ass ar15 u got their with the silencer to man im jealous, careful though that silncer waz gettin a lil hot

  • Im new to firearms from playing with airsoft, but would someone please tell me the companies that make the best AR15s? Bushmaster, Colt, Rock River, etc. Also which ones make the AR15s that are 5.56 NATO compatible. Thanks

  • NATO compatible....are you kidding me?

  • its not such a ridiculous question... nato 5.56 rounds are loaded to a higher pressure than some ar15's can handle. i haven't personally looked into it, but some boxes are labeled as either .223 or 5.56, so asking if it was just 5.56 compatible would be stupid. asking about nato 5.56 isnt

  • Yeah its a fucking stupid question

    "Nato Compatible"

5.56 isnt always loaded to higher specifications

    SAAMI states

    .223 max =50,000 CUP

    5.56 max =62,000 CUP

    Thats what you're talking about

The general question "Which ar15's are nato compatible" is dumb. Why would he need to know that?

  • Do you have to break in the gun befor you can bump fire it with a rubber band. Because I tried it with my .223 AR and it didn't work. But it's fairly new.

  • The 223 gas operation system has been hard to figure out. I can only bump fire 223 proficiently with my gem-tech halo suppressor, which creates back pressure. Once I take the suppressor off, I have a hard time bump firing my 223.

Breaking in the gun couldn't hurt though!

  • @NineMMAR15 What trigger are you using? I noticed that your AR seems to bump-fire pretty smooth with the rubber band, more so than others I have tried/seen. To have such a controlled bump-fire from the shoulder like that, I figure you have to be using an aftermarket trigger (RRA match maybe?)

  • @NineMMAR15 have you ever timed your rate of fire before?

  • I can bumpfire from the shoulder just like that, without an elastic band.

  • Are Scilencers Legal in your state or did you get a permit? You have to tell me how you are able to use a scilencer on your ar15??? :D

    Thanx

  • Are people that stupid they would give my comment a thumbs down for posting a question about if a scilencer is legal or not? Idiots!! Strait Idiots.. I guess those are the very kind of panty asses that made laws in the first place. Never stopping to consider if a rapist, armed robber even cares about gun laws. so who are the laws for? I guess only those who follow and respect laws. So why should those who follow and respect laws be restricted and criminals not.. Ignorance is why..

  • how did u get it to be fully automatic

  • It is not fully automatic. It is a semi auto AR15 that is being "Bumpfired" to simulate a full auto rate of fire. The trigger is pulled and released for every round fired.

  • @NineMMAR15 that dont look like a semi to me, it looks like a full auto :)

  • Good thing the ATF doesn't define what is a machine gun by the guns rate of fire!

  • @NineMMAR15 - rest assured. the venerable messiah chairman maobama bin laden will come after our hobby as soon as the congressional elections are over. if the republicans get a majority, it will be a media campaign and the 2nd ammendment will be attacked as badly as it was in the 80's and 90's. All people in the hobby need to join the NRA. if our guns do ever get taken away, it is because of the people in the hobby too lazy or fucking cheap to join and help defend our rights. evangelize them

  • just google the phrase "bump fire"

  • Well that I guess 9mmar15 is a liar right? Dude wake up his entire point is he is teaching people how he has learned to bumpfire. a technique he has aquired to the point where he can fire FA at Sholder.. Of course it does not (LOOK) semi auto.. Lol.. Thats the point..

  • cool.. is that hard to do?

  • stop holding the MAGAZINE!

  • He isn't, he's holding the magwell.

  • does the weapon movement while bumpfiring ever loosen your pins?

  • @pdubone The fast rate of fire can cause pin walkout. Also 9mm hammers put mass stress on the reciever, get a ramped bolt for use with DPMS style AR15 223 hammers (plain M16 w/auto hook ground off) . Anti rotation pins are better than anti walk pins. If you use a 9mm hammer and the pin walks or breaks from the aggressive ramp it'll trash your receiver!!

  • i have a bushmaster ar15 m4 model i been watching your bump fire techniques. do the rubberband go behind the trigger

  • how in the hell do u bump fire that good first off and second how is bumpfireing even possible without fireing from the hip

  • he has a forward grip which supports him unlike the handguard

  • what does bump fireing mean?

  • the term bump firing is a way to manipulate the gun to seem like it is firing fully automatic... this gun the video is NOT full auto, it just seems like that because he is using the recoil of the gun to "bump" off his shoulder to pull the trigger again in rapid motion which in turn seems like a F/A weapon. It is also known as the poor mans machine gun.

  • @vr4evo Do you have anymore info on this?

  • hey mr 9mmar15! i have a question for u about the hellstorm thing for the glocks that make then "fully automatic", do they work ? for what i have figured out they dont go on the trigger but u changed the back part of the slide on the glock and that sumhow makes it full auto. is it so ?

  • The device that replaces the back plate on Glock firearms will mechanically make your Glock full auto. If you find one available somewhere it is probably an ATF sting operation, and I would recommend not purchasing it.

  • well my ur laws dont apply to me. do u know i got a silencer on my ruger mk 3 and aint got paperwork on it ?

  • You are correct. Some countries consider silencers as ear protection. Just goes to prove how backwards the United States is.

  • well we got pretty shitty laws here, we arent allowed handgun ammo that isnt fmj, so hollowopoints and hjp are illegal, but rifle ammo that expand is totally leagal its just so retarded.

  • Just curious I have a RRA 9mm rifle and I have a few Cproduct magazines but I have heard that they have some failure to fire and sometimes they get caught in the ejection port. I was just curious exactly what gun set up and magazines you were using.

  • @philis84 C products bolt hold open doesn't always work and they are thinner than UZI mags , but not cheesy thinner. UZI has a cool double angle on the feed lips that angles the cartridges towards the direction of the chamber, barely even using the feed ramp. C products goes right into the ramp BUT they still work fine- no failures other than occasional bolt hold open on last rd failure. VM Hytech mag block with unmodified UZI mags would be my pick if I were to do it over again. Good luck.

  • That's some expert bump firing and recoil management. I mean it's only .223 but still.

  • Sorry to be even more picky, but it IS called a silencer. Mr. Maxim, the inventor of the SILENCER called it a SILENCER. I don't know where you people get your information from. Teddy Roosevelt called it a SILENCER. etc., etc. I could go on all day long with the names of the originals who named it a SILENCER, not a suppressor. That is just the modern day name.

  • The name is interchanged a lot. Suppressor is really the technical term for it since the sound is not silenced, it is suppressed. Look up the definition.

    YHM calls their "cans" Suppressors.

    AAC calls their "cans" Silencers.

call them what you want, but realistically they suppress the sound, not silence.

  • ATF uses both terms in their publications.

  • Sorry to be picky but its a suppressor not a silencer. It suppresses sound, does't silence anything.

And to DelJunya suppressors are actually legal in most of the USA with a federal tax stamp. Alot of people have and use them.

  • Ok, well last time I checked the verdict on "suppressors" for civilian shooters was a negative...

That's nice to know at least, now I can mount mine on my Krieg Series rifles!

  • Live in a free state, Pay the tax, pass a background check, get the tax stamp from the ATF, go pick up your new Suppressor.

Only slightly harder than buying a non NFA gun.

  • They are legal.

  • hey, how come french fries are never good when they are reheated? lol..im just kidding...but is this legal in north carolina? My dad has a m1 carbine, paratroopers edition, with a folding stock, and pistol grip, and scope...id like to try this on that rifle....if its legal here...i looked....didnt find anything about it.

  • Yep. It is legal. You aren't changing the firearm in any way. Its tricky to do and this guy is pretty good at it. But it is fun (and expensive!!!)

  • i believe he is just bump firing it very well

  • so is it easier with the shorter 9mm than the .223? if i try it i should be alright with just the factory trigger and a heavy duty rubber band for .223 right?

  • This is correct!

  • lol i suck at bumpfiring.

every time i try it the gun either gets a stove pipe, or only fires one round. xD

  • If ammo was cheaper I would tell you that practice makes perfect.

  • ill love to see that wit a beta mag!!!!!

  • hello, i just wanted to ask a quick question, i have a WWII thompson that was my great grandfathers.

currently it is out of action for years, but i was wondering what i should do to try to refurbish it so it will shoot again, this gun is worth more than anything i own, ive heard the thompsons used in WWII go for 10 grand, but i wouldent dare sell it.. there is actully a hole wear bullet was shot into the stock, but what im asking is should i refurbish it and shoot her or leave her as a antique

  • I am not sure what the canadian price would go for on a fullauto Thompson, assuming that is where you live. I was unaware that canadian residents could own machine guns. A transferable 1928A1 in the US market could go for $20,000 or more, only because the US banned the manufacture of new machine guns in May of 1986.

I would leave it the way it is! The scars are historic in my opinion.

  • hey, did you ever finish the dvd?

i know several people that would be interested.

  • No unfortunately I have not. Every time I think I am done I find something I want to add. It is still in the works..

  • heck, that just means it's gonna be an even better video. i'm excited. keep it up :)

  • hello, what do you think about Jewell trigger to optimise bump fire?

I am not able to bump fire with the original trigger.....:(

  • I have not tried the Jeweled Triggers. I am using the JP Industries reduced power, hammer and trigger spring kit.

  • lol at the gun show i seen a guy selling a hellstorm

  • nice,any tips?

  • are you going to the gun show its in a week

  • Probably not..... everything will be outrageously priced. I am saving my money for Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot.

  • nice me and my dad went to the last one in january you could barly move from all the people inside there

  • With that silencer you could target practice in the basement!

  • P-MAG!!! YAY!

  • I just wanted to tell you about JP Fire Control Components

    jprifles . com/

    good stuff

  • I did a search on that sliencer, It comes up at 70 bucks on average.. But those must be airsoft ones. Is it really 70 bucks for a .223 magpul gemtech halo?

  • I wish they were that cheap. MSRP on the Gemtech Halo is $699.00 not including the $200.00 transfer tax.

  • What kind of magazine are you using in the 9mm model

  • Interesting, I live in Canada and will never be able to fire a full auto firearm. So how do you bump fire then?

  • What's bumpfiring?

  • Haha, 'Are you hitting the target?'

  • Absolutely! Just check out my other videos.

  • very nice technique and very nice equipment

  • Won't that melt the barrel?

  • yes, it will fry it if you overheat it. automatic fire is very hard on things

  • no an ar15 is exactly the same as an m4 or m16 depending on which model. The only thing different is the ar15 locks resets to battery after every shot.

  • Do you have the RRA 2 stage in your .223? I installed one in my LMT and I hoped it would assist in bumping but the reset is so long it's nearly impossible to bump...

  • I have a JP industries reduced power hammer & trigger spring kit. AKA the Yellow Spring kit from Brownells

  • bullets cost too much to bump fire, unless it's a .22 long rifle

  • why didnt you hold the foregrip while bumpfireing? i never seen someone bump an ar that had one?

  • so this is bump firing is just all by practice and soon enough you should get it, correct?

  • Exactly!

  • Hello I have A question i recently purchased a spikes tactical AR-15 from a Georgia gun show and i wanted to get a suppressor for it so it is easier to handle also is the way your bump firing the way to go or is there an easier way i also found some devices on ebay that would help out greatly you just mount it on you trigger is that the best way to do it thanks

  • The devices are not worth the money they want for them. If you look closely at this video you will notice that I am not using any device.

  • Your vids, are all excellent. You almost changed my mind about the AR-15s lol. But I hope all the folks (Yahooos)out there learn from your vids. and know that they don't need to waste precious ammo "hip bumpfiring" I can't tell you how sick I'm of seeing those vids. Good to see someone with "proper gun handling skills." And I will preach of your skills to those not in the know. lol Keep up the great work man.

  • awesome videos dude keep it up. I have an rock river LAR-15, but its not chrome lined. I have just a stock match trigger...ay feedback as if your method can be applied to me?

  • If this was not bump firing then what is it?

  • You can bump fire from the shoulder, but it is more difficult. You don't really need any of the "devices" or rubber bands that people use. I've done if from the hip and shoulder with nothing, though from the shoulder the best I got was a 3 round burst... I have been present someone bump fired a 30 round mag from the shoulder.

  • Is that the chrome lined bushmaster ar15??

  • It is a Rock River Arms lower with a Model 1 sales chrome lined upper.

  • Awesome. You are the king of bump-firing. I didn't know you were able to bump a .223 like that. I'd seen you do the 9mm all the time--but not the .223/5.56.

  • Ahhh, now i notice the black rubber band. So have you have any trigger work done. And if yes, now how many lbs is the trigger.

And thanks for your last reply.

  • The 223 is stock. But when I am shooting the 9mm I use the JP industries reduced power hammer and trigger spring kit. Also known as the Yellow Spring Kit.

  • I haven't seen all the poormans-machinegun series videos. Do you even need the Rubber band? I noticed in this video, that you weren't using a rubber band. Is it easier to bumb fire using a rubber band?

  • I have one on there it is just in black. The rubber band just makes bumpfiring easier by making the trigger reset quicker.

  • our UAV is online!!

  • Looks like alot of fun!

  • Thanks

  • I'm trying to find out which brand of AR to get.

    How's RockRiver?

  • That is what I am shooting! Most AR15's are made to spec to one another. You really cant go wrong with any of them.

  • That is what I am shooting! Most AR15's are made to spec to one another. You really cant go wrong with any of them.

  • Thanks.

  • If you live in Northern Indiana, Midwest Gun & Range in Elkhart lets you shoot full auto up to 308.

  • what kind of handguards are those? are they free float? and the cantilever optic mount is by A.R.M.S right? you have an awesome setup there! btw thanks for these videos im looking forward to the DVD

  • The handguards is made by Surefire. The rail covers are from Tango Down. I am still working on the DVD.

  • what color are your rail covers and Vltor stock? is that OD/olive green?

  • Yep

  • I got to try that with my STAG carbine one day.

  • how did you go about getting your short barreled upper? did you have to get it from a class 3 dealer or did you buy and register each reciever seperately?

  • I purchased the gun as a standard 16 inch, then filled out NFA form 1!

  • PMAG! PMAG! PMAG!

  • how much are guns like that and do u have a special license or something? private message me if u know. those are sweeeeeeet!

  • Base gun runs about $1000.00 if they allow it in your stated. Accessories are extra. Learning how to bumpfire the gun is free!

  • I think he's shooting at Pop's guns in Indy..

If you can get to Kokomo try Roby's Outdoor Sports - AKA Bullseye... Indoor range that allows full auto up to .223

  • You are correct I was at Popguns shooting range. I used to work there full-time, and Mike the owner was nice enough to allow me to shoot a few mags of 223 for my videos. Sadly you cannot shoot 223 there all the time.

  • Thats like 300 miles from me...LOL. You guys know any place else that allows 223 and full auto would be great.

  • Bad Ass dude. What range do you go to? Where? I am in Matteson Illinois just outside Iniana and I cant find an indoor range that lets me shoot 223.
