  • The diomede islands. That's all I have to say.

  • What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

  • Okay, I'm a devout lefty here and general Palin hater but even I'm going to say people blow this quote so far out of proportion. I doubt she means it literally (even though with a scope of a rifle you actually can see the tip of Russia), it's a metaphorical statement for the fact that yeah, they're next door to Alaska, we know what they're capable of.

  • Business idea: buy a small hill in Alaska, pay some people about a mile away to fly a hammer and sickle flag, put on furry hats and thick coats and do some cossack dancing (you could pay them in vodka, the drunker the better), and hire out binoculars to tourists.

For added effect, you could allow the tourists to fire "cruise missiles" filled with water at Ivan.

How's that for business acumen? See, being a republican ain't hard.

  • You can actually see moron from YouTube here in your own home too.

  • This lady is just stupid enough that she could be president!

  • I'd tap that ass

  • Tina Faye did a comedic license thing and said "from my house" Palin said from Alaska. Big damn deal It was meant as a joke since Palin is from there. It's still a ridiculously stupid answer to the question asked. Just because you can see a country from yours doesnt mean to have any insight or fucking clue about what goes on there.

  • A dead praying mantis with its head ripped off would make a better leader than this failure.

  • smartest woman alive right there...i would bone her for joke

  • If this women was to take an IQ test the highest she would get is a 50!

  • You can actually fit Russia in my Vagina!

  • @sorich After Glenn Rice....... quite possibly.

  • I amazed, she has insight!

  • Comment removed

  • ooooooooooookkkkkkkkkkkkk and for your information, comunism would beat the shit out of you, stupid cunt

don't bother responding to me if you didn't live in a comunist country, I know this shit first hand

  • States whose governors have foreign policy experience by bordering a foreign country: Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Michigan, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas....and....ALASKA!

  • Now they see there fucking retards calling someone dumb for something they didn't say it all changes to her insight on Russian politics, just typical liberals full of shit and if Palin's dumb what the fuck does that fag Damon sound like talking the same shit.

  • Why is this so funny? You can see it...

  • @kattelyn92

It's funny because even though you can see Russia from western Alaska, that has nothing to do with foreign policy

  • Yahoo is trying to say she never said that. I remember watching the interview and she did say that. They have scoward the internet removing all traces of that comment but she did say it!

  • You can see Russia from the land! Who knew!

  • Matt Damon's take on her is exactly how I feel.

  • .... what a tard

  • funny everytime i watch it

  • @bazzamataz72 is 72 when you were born? I got your "coward"...why don't you come get it?

  • Are people seriously still commenting about "if she wins"? It is 2011 I think you better get off youtube and not play politics.

  • Palin's family tree surely has it's share of fruits and nuts, and I wouldn't be surprised if an occasional mountain goat falls out.

  • LOL. Funny how people twist things. Hey, media, do me a favour. Whether you're Fox News or MSNBC, just let me take it from here. I can do the research on this woman. You don't have to tell me she's an idiot or the next president. I'm quite capable of making that decision myself.

  • Diomedes Islands US and Russian are within 1 mile of each other. What Sarah Palin said was exactly correct it was just that most Americans are so uneducated they didn't take the time to research what she said. It amazes me how people belittle and abuse this lady and with the very same mouth advocate women's rights and respect for women.

  • @vampov The reason people consider her answer a stupid one has nothing to do with whether or not Russia is visible from Alaska. The issue is that her answer was in no way a thoughtful, or even coherent, response to Charles Gibson's question. He was asking her what insight the proximity of Russia to Alaska gave her into the actions of Russia as a country. The mere ability to see the Russian coastline doesn't provide any insight into the inner workings of Russian government or policies.

  • @music2002 but just to be clear the facts are that you CANT see see russia from Alaska unless your right on the boarder

  • @music2002 It proves that the Tina Fey quote had nothing to do what was really said. (It was a Liberal lie)

Palin was right, you can see Russia from parts of Alaska...this is a fact. Good for her Yippie!!!! She knows a lot about energy, and oil, which gives her a lot of insight on why Russia is so interested in this region...

  • @music2002 So this video shows her entire answer? No stopping being so bias because the media tells you to hate her.

  • Funny thing is, she's right. You can see the very east coast of Russia from the very west Coast of Alaska. Its just 600 Km. away .....

  • Its pretty funny how the video cuts right before the guy is about to say, "Say what?!"

  • @Gamezonemachinima I can only guess how palin would do as president. I'd vote for her. But we know for a fact our current president is weak, a liar , divider and a racist. As the world burns he golfs

  • @Gamezonemachinima You criticize Palin for her intelligence, or lack thereof, and yet you can't spell the word "does" :/.

  • @Tnk64ChessCourse dyslexia is a bitch

  • @Gamezonemachinima ... but u can see Russia from Alaska... maybe u should learn something about Russian islands

  • Russian Strategic Rocket Forces Officer: "I can see Sarah Palin's house from Russia!"

  • I wonder where Obama standing was when he saw states number 51 thru 57?

  • Osama killed nearly 3,000 Americans on American soil while Dubya was busy reading to 2nd graders.

Our President (the REAL McCoy this time, not some children's book Jesus Freak Cowboy with crapola for brains) hunted him down and delivered the #1 terrorist of the world to his maker.

In my book that's just one more big mess created by a Republican, cleaned up by a Democrat.

For this and many other reasons, there is no way in hell a Republican will move into the White House on January 20, 2013!

  • @zerogullibility Wanna make a bet a republican is in office on 1-20-2013? I will bet that if a democrat is I will change from a democrat to a republican. What is your bet if a republican is in office 1-20-2013?

  • @BapticostalFreak You guys never pay up when you lose.

Still waiting for your Buddy Stephen Whats-His-Name to leave the country, but he's still here, occasionally talking crap on FOX Noise.

  • Am I the only one that gets that she was making a joke here? Or am I the only one that actually watched the whole video.

  • I think people are not understanding the point of humor here. I am quite sure you could actually "see" russia from her house or any proximity point on Alaska. That is not the issue. The issue is that she chose this as a response to a very serious query on her knowledge on Foreign Affairs. Its similar to, If someone queried Bush on the same regarding Mexico and if his response had been that he loves taco bell....

  • "From Alaska I can see Russia" What the fuck does that mean?? From my house I can see the moon, but im not a fuckin astronaut LOL

  • @Awesomenizzleness You know that was Tina Fey on Saturday Night live that said that, not Sarah Palin. Here is the link of her saying it... watch?v=FdDqSvJ6aHc

  • @BapticostalFreak When you don't have to change a single word of someone's pathetic "speech", and it comes across as SATIRE, you KNOW you're dealing with a great entertainer. In this case Polly Palin is the star....of her own idiotic act!

  • @IMurderdTheDevil Of course CUSSING and NAME CALLING always trump common sense and logical arguments. Why didn't I "get that" before I tried so foolishly EXPLAINING facts to an amoeba brain? I do apologize for mistaking you for a person of intellect and substance. It's clear that you're neither. Again, please forgive me for wasting my time in such a futile attempt of communicating.

Yes,Sarah Palin is the leader of an under class; a shrinking group of ignorant, hate obsessed egomaniacs. Enjoy!

  • GIBSON: What insight does that give you into what they're doing in Georgia?

PALIN: Well, I'm giving you that perspective of how small our world is and how important it is that we work with our allies to keep good relation with all of these countries, especially Russia. We will not repeat a Cold War. We must have good relationship with our allies, pressuring, also, helping us to remind Russia that it's in their benefit, also, a mutually beneficial relationship for us all to be getting along. "

  • GIBSON: What insight does that give you into what they're doing in Georgia?

PALIN: Well, I'm giving you that perspective of how small our world is and how important it is that we work with our allies to keep good relation with all of these countries, especially Russia. • Better to have her than a moslem as president.

  • so who the fuck doesnt know that russia boarders on alaska but you CANT SEE IT FROM YOUR HOUSE SARAH hahahahha !!! im from Australia and she keeps us more entertained wiith her outrageous statements and complete naivety of current events then George ever did. my god what a fucking idiot between her Mc Cain and that dickslop Trump its like the 3 stooges, youve a got one of the most intellectual presidents in power right now and all you do is shit all over him. haha america.

  • @bazzamataz72 Palin never said that she could see it from her house, that was the liberal Tina Fey mocking her and it stuck.

  • @michiganmoon oh yes she did, any it still doesnt take away from the fact that shes and inbred moose puncher

  • @bazzamataz72 Actually, no she didn't. Get informed. Maybe you hate her policies and ideas so you feel the urge to call her childish names. I wouldn't vote for her either. However, I challenge you to find a video of her saying that, because she didn't say it.

TINA FEY in SNL said "I can see Russia from my house" NOT Palin. You are as bad as Palin is, because you spread lies to try and win.

  • @michiganmoon ohhh fucking grow up of course she said it shes as dump as soup and fucking idiots like you will vote for her

  • @bazzamataz72 Prove it then.

Palin never said "I can see Russia from my house" that was Tina Fey doing a comedy sketch of Palin on SNL.

Palin said "You can see Russia from a part of Alaska" and that is true.

You are wrong and you are nothing more than a blabbering imbecile.

I would never vote for Palin, but I will stand up for the truth and reality every time.

  • @michiganmoon she did say it and she i just a nother dumb fuck american amongst millions who dont know the first thing about other countries and cultures america can go and fuck itsself your the cause of the GFC

  • @bazzamataz72 She didn't say it, which is why you can't provide a link. You know you are wrong, but you choose to provide lies in your semi-coherent ramblings. You are what is wrong with America.

  • @michiganmoon the problem is that america believes its own bullshit America is the cause of the GFC and palin the stupid redneck did say it :)

  • @bazzamataz72 No, the problem is that you and others on both sides of the political aisle are intellectual cowards that knowingly spread lies to further an agenda that you can't defend with reality.

“You can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska” - Sarah Palin, exact quote

"I can see Russia from my house" -Tina Fey acting as Palin on the comedy show SNL

fact check dot org it....you lost

  • @michiganmoon no mate you need to wake up and live in the real world because everyone knows what america really is just a bunch of cowards living in a dream world who exist in the shaddow of lies. your fucked up

  • @bazzamataz72 You don't see how ironic it is that you are on here knowingly spouting off lies to keep your dream world going and then you chastise America for acting like you.

  • @michiganmoon its not lies if its true and arnt you a clever little american for understanding irony must have done some research but its still not irony ;)

  • @bazzamataz72 Which is why you are lying. Very nice picture, you look so intelligent.

  • Way to take things out of context. You have strong potential to work in the media.

  • @ wootuser ... There are other tv stations besides fox news

  • @wootuser

This shortened video shows that liberal democrats are such lying manipulative bastards just like the man they put in the white house.

Sarah would have helped Mc Cain win the Presidency and Obama new it so he sent teams of people to destroy her and they did a pretty good job. Hey, just like they're destroying our country today. To Barry the Kenyan thug it's all about his Benjamin's and liberals drink up willingly without question.

  • @wootuser hahahaha raist.......

  • @wootuser lol... you said that democrats are lying manipulative bastards and then launched into an obama conspiracy theory where you lied in order to manipulate people. troll harder, bastard.

  • @boyeatworld

I only deal in facts comrade.

The economy is screwed and Obama and the laws he pushed have everything to do with that. Does a 4 trillion deficit from 2008 to present ring a bell?

Yes, Obama's real name is Barry and his 2009 income tax returns has him earning over 4.5 Million.

His income is up 4.3 million from his days as the anonymous Senator.

Keep drinking the lie or open your eys the choice is yours.

  • umm palin was supposed to be VICE pres not the president

  • 11 ppl can't see Russia from Alaska...

  • evertime sarah palin opens her mouth i want to kill my TV

  • Good thing we have Obama instead of Palin. You know he went to Harvard? Don't know what grades he got but Harvard man! Bush went to Yale but he is an idiot right? Leftist's are great say something true and you get mocked.

  • The island is called Little Diomede. It looks like a rock plopped into the Bering Strait. Only about 150 Alaskans live on the whole island. And just about two miles away; in full view of every single house on the island is the nation of Russia. Specifically, it is the Russian Island of Big Diomede which sits about 25 miles from the Russian Siberian mainland (which you can also see from the American island.)

Palin didn't say she could see Russia from "her house". That was Tina Fey. Dumbasses.

  • @jakekorinko Thank you for pointing this out. The extreme left never checks facts or who a quote is attributable to. I'm not a Palin supporter per se but it's ridiculous how she has gotten railroaded. by the shameless liberal press.

  • @jakekorinko

You mental defective, the difference between Palin's actual response and Fey's riff on it is irrelevant. What matters is that this Alaskan cretin responded to a question about what insight she has into Russian policy actions by saying you can see Russia from Alaska. Anyone who is not a far right dullard can see this is a retarded thing to say.

  • @jakekorinko

    Oh word?

  • @jakekorinko +5 Internets for Clarification...like a boss.

  • @jakekorinko However she is stupid for thinking that she has insight into Russian politics just because they're "our next door neighbors." It's the equivalent of saying you have insight into Mexican Politics because you can see Tijuana from San Diego.

  • @jakekorinko Your geographical correctness aside, Palin's answer to the question posed here is simply stupid in ways most marvelous. Being able to see a relatively dead part of another country is NOT insight into said country's actions. I can literally see Canada from my house. That doesn't mean I have a fucking clue as to the actions of Canada.

Please, try to keep focus on the idiocy that was Palin's answer to this question.

  • @AndrewDeLong Yeah your buddy obama never says anything stupid. First off all EVERYBODY that has ever lived has said something stupid. That has no bearing at all on that person. stop being a judgmental little prick. Have you ever governed a state? have you run for vice president? Has a reported ever cared enough about what you have to say to ask you any question? no. The only time you speak to people is to say bs on youtube that no one cares about.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain "Has a reported ever cared enough about what you have to say to ask you any question? no."

Sorry, but wrong. I've been interviewed in the local newspaper before, for helping out Alzheimer's patients.

That aside, Palin actually said something so fucking stupid, as to actually cause brain hemorrhaging. She actually used her PHYSICAL proximity to Russia, to "show" how she has any insight into the Politics of the Russian government. Sorry kiddo, but that's EPIC stupid.

  • @AndrewDeLong Local paper? yeah that's the same thing as national tv and running for vp. Man your awesome. It wasn't stupid if it is true. Don't call me kiddo especially prior to using the term epic. What are you and 8 year old playing video games. The fact that russia is next door means she has to deal with them which gives her insight that someone else would not have.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain "The fact that russia is next door means she has to deal with them which gives her insight that someone else would not have."

I call bullshit on that. She (at BEST) has to deal with a small, insignificant island (Big Diomede) which actually has no significant impact on Russian Politics...IN MOSCOW!

Sorry, KIDDO, but in terms of pure idiocy, Palins answer wins 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize.

  • @AndrewDeLong Moscow is a city not the entire country. What about international shipping and fishing. Commercial planes that fly over from russia. More importantly what about the war game exercises that Russia performs. in the waters bordering us waters. Yeah your right again.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain "Moscow is a city not the entire country. What about international shipping and fishing. Commercial planes that fly over from russia. More importantly what about the war game exercises that Russia performs. in the waters bordering us waters."

So tell me, O' wise defender of the fools, why did Mrs Palin not say ANY of those things? Hm? Please, defend her UTTER lack of an intelligent answer. Well? We're all waiting.

  • @AndrewDeLong I wonder why your attacking her for a statement that is being taken out of context, but your not attacking obama for his outright lies.

Like when he said his uncle was in the army and liberated Auschwitz. The truth is his uncle was never in the military and the russians liberated Auschwitz not the US.

Or how about when he said he was traveling across the US and visited 57 stated with one to go. I guess those are ok.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain "I wonder why your attacking her for a statement that is being taken out of context, but your not attacking obama for his outright lies."

Hm. Because I'm not currently on an Obama video that has called him out. Listen kid, I have no problem calling out Obama or anyone else that tells an outright lie. But trying to shift the argument that way simply because your own defenses of Palin are waning is, at best, a sore & pathetic attempt to cower away from the subject at hand.

  • @AndrewDeLong I love your argument son. You restate what i say and call me a moron. When you get older your look back and realize how naive and childish you sound. take care boy.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain Lol. I restate what you say in order to emphasize on the exact focal point of the idiocy that is strewn in each comment you make. You're defending an idiot's answer using drawn out and, quite frankly, moronic logic. You're assuming she implied answers she never stated or even alluded to, and fail to realize even the basic geographical facts behind what she did foolishly say.

If I call someone a moron, I usually do so with a fair amount of justification, just like with you

  • @AndrewDeLong RIght. Well i'll trust my multiple degrees in politics and law over your unsubstantiated comments. I guess they give those out to any moron.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain Ah, because Politics is hard shit. Yep. Kiddo, politics is convoluted, messy, and filled with red herrings and strawmen, but it's hardly a comprehensive challenge. And hardly a basis on which to interpret that a foolish comment made by a vacuous fool is any more than just that.

You want a challenge, try navigating the world of broadcasting, get a degree or two in that, and maybe I'll be impressed.

Politics. Yep. So tough, I literally learned it in my sleep.

  • @AndrewDeLong Broadcasting? Really? Your saying cameraman is an intellectual genius compared to a president and law school is a joke its the easiest thing in the world. Hell becoming a lawyer is easy compared to broadcasting school. I won't bother your genius mind anymore. I'll just run along with my bullshit degrees and finish up going to a law school that is named after my family. Thats probably why my grandfather makes 20 mil a year, because the law is easy.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain LOL! Cameraman is about the easiest job in broadcasting, and even that is woefully more complex than some simpleton politics. If you even knew the MONTHS of work that goes into a simple half hour program, all of the legal implications and manipulation...well, you haven't a fucking clue.

Cameraman. Fucking hilarious. That comment alone shows how little you know.

Oh. 20 Mil a year? I call bullshit. Name that man and his profession.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain And just to continue: You study politics and law, a profession for which you will always have a book or tablet at the ready. Hardly an intellectual challenge when your material sit in front of you day in and day out. I don't know a single producer that has such a lax profession.

And hell, even WITH those materials at the ready, you still fail to make a comprehensive or apt argument for Mrs Palin's idiotic remarks. You infer things she never alluded to. Simply amazing.

  • @AndrewDeLong If being a lawyer only required opening a book then you wouldn't need a lawyer. That comment shows how little you know. Maybe it takes months to make a half hour video because people like you spend half the time on youtube showing people how stupid you are.

  • Comment removed

  • @AndrewDeLong He's my grandfather and he's a stupid lawyer.

  • @AndrewDeLong Okay, no. I have worked in broadcasting, and I don't know what idiot you worked for, but it might take 3 to four days for a serious, unscripted production like this.

  • @griffithomi Actually, I was referring more to television shows of the dramatic or even comedic variety. Obviously, news and political (aka: non-fiction) specials are put out MUCH more quickly. But larger productions (obviously, scripted ones) can take well more time, depending on quality of course.

  • @AndrewDeLong Ah, makes more sense, but I still would say you are over estimating the effort.

  • @griffithomi Well, I'm referring more to the initial first time setup procedures. Assuming the show stays to a consistent location/set, then later procedure is obviously streamlined from months to a week or two (per episode). If, however, there are constant new locations, then all of the pre-production dancing would start from square one. Unless all the episodes were already written, then that might help with location finding, contracting, etc....it varies really.

    Still complex though.

  • @AndrewDeLong I used serious lightly, considering the guest.

  • @AndrewDeLong By the way before you state the obvious there are 14 territories in the US not 8, so 50 plus 8 is still wrong.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain To continue, what Palin said is as stupid as me assuming to know how the Canadian government works, simply because I can see the boarder from my house. I can't POSSIBLY know how another country's internal governmental structure works merely by LOOKING at a small chunk of land from that country. Fucking impossible.

Also, Palin running for VP? LOL! She was a token candidate, meant to sit there, shut up, and look pretty. She got one out of three right.

  • @AndrewDeLong To continue... living across from a BORDER would give you insight. just like living in new mexico gives people who live there more of an opportunity of learning about mexico then someone from canada. Stay with the alzheimer patients. At least that way people will forget how arrogant and stupid you are.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain "To continue... living across from a BORDER would give you insight."

Again, no. Living next to, and being able to simply SEE across a boarder does not give one insight nor experience in international politics. Hell, listening to some fucking BBC News would give someone more insight than that. To wit, Palin could have simply answered that Alaska, oh, I don't know, BORDERS CANADA, and that she actually DOES deal with that country. Of course, that would have been rational.

  • @AndrewDeLong So its would be rational for her to say the same thing about canada? alaska borders canada and russia. Alaska was part of russia before we bought it. You circular arguments are irritating and pointless. Your just arguing to argue without have a valid reason. There is no point in talking with someone like you. No matter what she says or does you would argue the opposite because the media tells you to.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain I'm saying it would be more prudent for her to claim international experience based on the country her state has more ACTUAL interaction with. Commerce, oil shipment, actual fucking roads that connect Alaska to Canada...y'know, things that actually take place day to day that she directly dealt with. Instead, she laid the claim that she can see a small Russian island, barely populated, and mostly ice, and used THAT as her criteria for international experience. continued next

  • continued (2): I'm sorry, but the media didn't tell me to believe jack-shit. These were her words that cause people to laugh at her. She had a perfect answer, and she sat on it. She decided to use something so fucking vacuous, that it would be cause for a child to self face-palm out of pure embarrassment. How you can even defend this woman on this issue, on THIS video, is well beyond me.

But then again, I don't speak fluent moron, so maybe that's whats stopping me from understanding you.

  • @AndrewDeLong When people lack valid points to support their argument they always result to name calling and personal attacks. I graduated from one of the top private schools in the nation. I have a degree in political science and i'm half way done law school. I'm not a genius, but i'm far from a moron.

She didn't says "those things" because they are implied by the statement. You refuse to accept the menaing of her statement and twist it to support your view.

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain "She didn't says "those things" because they are implied by the statement. You refuse to accept the menaing of her statement and twist it to support your view."

They were implied? Yeah, because stating that Russia is their next door neighbors & that you can see Russia from land implies ALL of those things you mentioned. Forget that she looked like a deer caught in the headlights when she said it....I can TOTALLY see the implied undertones.

My moron statement of you, stands.

  • @AndrewDeLong So Alaska seals with canada on a day to day basis because of commerce, but not with russia because russia doesn't have daily commerce? Both nations border alaska and both have daily commerce affairs that deal with alaska. She didn't say anything about the small island. your implying facts to fit your argument instead of uses facts to establish your belief. Can you see the difference?

  • @TheOZBehindCurtain "She didn't say anything about the small island. your implying facts to fit your argument instead of uses facts to establish your belief."

Wow. Idiot. That small Island is the ONLY piece of Russian territory that can be seen from the Alaskan mainland, so of course that's what she was referring to, or do you not know basic geography? Fuck, man, study up before you type!

  • its true, Alaska was russian till1867

  • Hey our liberal/progressive citizens, if you want to challenge her positions on the issues, be our guest. That's what our Republic is all about, an open dialog on the issues. But please, don't resort to childishish pettulent unintelligent retorts that attack her for something she did not say. If you must resort to SNL comedic distortions of her words in an effort to marginalize her, than your substantive arguments are specious.

  • @namxw, yeah, it's not fair at all. We should resort to more intellectually challenging statements such as "Obongo", "Obummer", "Where's the birth certificate", and "death panels".

  • Russia did not do anything and she blames them.....-_- REALLY

  • so when did she say she can see Russia from her house? on another note, the Obama presidency is an epic failure!!

  • @Buzz051 She never did say it (came from an SNL skit), and I disagree, though neither my nor your insights in this field really mean anything.

  • Little Diomede island is in Alaska

Big Diomede Island is in Russia

The islands are two miles from each other

  • That's thirteen seconds of a longer answer. She was giving her viewpoints about the Russian/Georgian situation and Charlie Gibbs asked her that question.

  • idiot simple...if this woman represents america... what a sad fucking country!!!!!

  • the fact remains, when asked about what insight she has because of the proximity of her state to russia, she simply said something cutesy and irrelevant. she's still a fucking idiot, and anyone who believes in her is also an idiot.

  • Long Live Sarah's Republic!

  • that isnt even half as bad as when she thought africa was a country and we were allies with north korea, not south. im 14, and i kind of think i could run the country from my bedroom while text with my friend better than she could

  • Lmfao, you guys are standing up for her? shes stupid as hell!

  • She meant it and you can actually see Russia from the mainland according to every native who's been to the the Alaskan Coast. According to a New York Times Article; If you stand on high ground on the tip of St. Lawrence Island a larger Alaskan island in the Bering Sea, southwest of the Diomedes—you can see the Russian mainland, about 37 miles away, you can also see Russia from the Tin City Air Force facility at Cape Prince of Wales, which is the westernmost point of the mainland Americas.

  • @alwaysauthentic1 what does that have to do with the question she was asked other than she decided to focus on the "proximity" part of the question? stop defending this woman. stop giving anyone any reason to keep giving this family money for doing what amounts to NOTHING.

  • @spatoola it has nothing to do with question & she sounds like a total chode trying to evade the question. Don't get me wrong, I despise all politicians equally. I detest Republicans & Liberals alike, as I'm a Voluntaryist/Anarchist My only point being, when Palin said this, you never hear the end of it, yet Obama talks about being to all 57 states in the U.S. & the only way anyone would ever know about it is on Youtube. I'm open minded enough to see media bias, even though I despise Rep.

  • This clip has been so incredibly overanalized it's ridiculous. It's not like she thinks out her answers beforehand to make sure they will meet up with political standards and decided that this would be the best way to get her point across. In Palin's early interviews, I think she was trying to have a friendly conversation, and didn't realize that's not what interviews are about. and youtube doesn't like friendly conversation.

  • it cracks me up how she said that like she REALLY meant it too

  • i blame this on the failure of the american education system

  • Insight? Oh hardly!

  • Look up the islands of Little and Big Diomede. They are 2.4miles away from each other and clearly visible. One belongs to Russia the other belongs to the USA. Her quote is accurate. She never said she could see it from her house. Tina Fey did.

  • Oh yes she is so stupid she really believes that! Are you kidding me? Only a truely stupid person would believe that's how she really meant that. Let's hold biden and obama accountable for every bad deilvery or slip. Hillary LIED about her supposed 911 drama and "sniper" fire, that's ok though. Move on already.

  • My opinion Iran and Nord Korea are placed for injustice with these sanctions Big protest I recommend changing in FN four more Nations as a permanent members of security council IRAN LYBIA BRAZIL SYRIEN.,,,..I´m not surprised that East Timor showed op at the last second and was chosen instead of Iran in a department within FN. An old APPROACH.,,,,,mar kjartansson 24t blog Mingler.dk

  • lmfao, her insight into russian politics is that she could see it from alaska. really? imagine if this woman became president of the strongest country in the world?

  • @scarface115 we are no longer the strongest country brotha. we are in trillions of dollars of debt and our own govt is stealing from us

  • @scarface115

Well, considering the next election will be in 2012, and she is somehow picked, then the Mayans really did predict the end of the world.

  • @scarface115 imagine if your mother would stop prostituting, you would have no more twinkies to eat

  • @BlackwaterCommander1 it's ok, i really don't expect any better behavior from an ignorant trailer trash republican who gets his rocks off by fucking his own mother.

  • @scarface115 go get your father out of the gay bar bitch, his ass is bleeding.

  • @BlackwaterCommander1 how many stds did you contract from fucking your mother to get so fucked in the head? or maybe you lost it when you started fucking pigs.

  • @scarface115 how many scars you have on your back from getting whipped by your white owner you nigger?

  • @BlackwaterCommander1 lol, that one was actually humorous rather than sick for a change. finally getting some psychological counseling?

  • @scarface115 finally getting some suger cane cut by your ancestors and I sold some strong niggers at the nigger auction and bought me an Escalade with 28 inch rims.

  • @scarface115 what country would that be

  • @crankylobster what country do you think i'm talking about? if she's an american politician, i'm obviously talking about america...what did you think, she was a politician in the ever powerful country of haiti?

  • @scarface115 and obviously you dont understand the concept of sarcasm

  • @crankylobster yea, because it's always so easy to recognize sarcasm from reading off a computer screen, right?

don't tell me i don't understand, you don't even know me. the way you used sarcasm isn't easily recognizable unless we were conversing face to face. if you want me to perceive your low-key jokes correctly, next time make it more obvious...it wouldn't kill you to throw in a little :P or something.

  • @scarface115 You've really nothing better to do. :P-dork

  • @crankylobster i'll assume that's sarcasm since you seem to be the type to have a dry sense of humor.
