L-3 is one of the best careers an A&P mechanic could ever hope to have. There are thousands of people who've come from all over the spectrum of aviation maintenance careers who say "nothing is as good as the pay, benefits, people, & the way we are treated." You are only giving one side of the story, your's. There's always another side. To say "they're all an extremely arrogant & rude group of people" is arrogance personified. You can't judge thousands of people by your experience with one man.
I never mentioned anything about there careers,pay or benefits because that has NOTHING to do with this situation.
I am sure there is another side to this story but they could have handeled this situation a whole lot better !!
At no time did I say that they are ALL this way as I am sure there are some lovely,polite and friendly people within the company but unfortunatly they were not there on the day in question.
