Everyone who compares it to a longboard is a dumbass. I live in Colorado. I have a snowboard, speed skiis and park skiis, 3 longboards and a freebord.

Freebording is NOTHING LIKE LONGBORDING. It is SNOWBOARDING ON THE STREETS!!! god damn people. It dosen't "slide" like a longboard, it carves like a snowboard or skiis.

I like to longboard and snowboard. How does a freeboard ride is it like The center wheels are what your on most of the time and the wheels on the trucks are sort of like training wheels on a bike. and would anyone recommend getting the downhill freebord package or the all around. I dont have huge hills but im justthinking the downhill because it has bigger wheels.

@phil656565 yeah man ive been snowboarding for 4 years, i got qualified to teach last month. and if you were wearing a long sleeve shirt to stop yourself from breaking a wrist you hold your fists in front of your face like you're boxing and let the forearms take the impact. On pavement that might break your arms though :P. Wrist guards would probably be your best bet

I like how the video does show fall/wounds/stitches, it is part of the experience of the learning an extreme sport, I believe. And I know why I'll wear my protective gear no matter what it looks like ;). Can't wait till I get one!
