Im sure thats called crazy legs, windmill is when your legs are apart spinning and alternating onto your front and back (or close to my poor decription).
Crazy legs is a totally different move (done standing), but I agree, its not a windmill either - actually, I never know what to call this. Ive heared it called 'breaking' and 'rollerflares', but usually I just call it 'that thing on the ground where I go round'
hi, theres 4 but coloured black-red-black-red. you probably can't see the black ones. generally speaking the ones that get put onto skates are whatever wheels were lying around when the old ones ran out...
i have never seen anyone JAMSKATE in INLINES.
