  • Amazing, well done. Just wondering is it better to paint the sculpt after or use coloured premo clay? I did a sculpt once using living doll, which took me ages, but mixed up the °F with °C so ended up with a black burnt sculpt. Then though I´d paint it with acrylic paints, and it made it look REALLY bad. Unrealistic.

  • @bicnarok Hey man, yeah gotta be careful with the conversion from F to C.. All my sculpts are painted using acrylic. The Hulk is painted with regular acrylic paints, but for all my other sculpts, I used Tamiya color with an airbrush. So it really depends.. With acrylic though, you have to be careful not to be too bright with your colours. Otherwise it will look too unrealistic. Hope that helps!

  • @Matasak01 yep thanks, .

  • One question I have an old Super Sculpey clay but now is hardened and grainy, there's any easy way to soften the clay again?

  • @luizihoster you should get your hands on a bottle of sculpey softener, this should make your super sculpey like new again. but just be careful to use only a small amount at a time.

  • awesome bro makee more

  • @TheHornyz1 Thanks man! Glad you like my work. I recently moved overseas so right now I'm in the process of finding an oven. Once I find one big enough, I'll get back to sculpting.. Cheers!

  • Hi, I have a question: do you put your sculpitures into the oven at the end of your work, to fix the clay?

  • @egidioc yeah i do, but you can bake the sculpt as you go and it does not damage the figure.

  • it would have been better if he had not used such a glossy paint but thats just my opinion

  • @expertdude20, its a fair comment and thanks for the constructive criticism. The paint that i use is actually not very glossy at all. What makes it glossy is the sealer that i used which, when painted over makes it look very glossy. I have since started to use a matte sealer so the finnish isn't so glossy anymore.

  • awesome job! I myself prefer the shorter ears but like previously stated it's just a matter of customer preference. keep up the good work! btw, check out my odd rods inspired monster sculpture here on youtube. just type in "odd rod monster sculpt" or "how I made a monster on wheels" please leave some feedback. thanks for watching.

  • @ErraticGuitar62 For the type of polymer clay that I use, I had to bake it for an hour at 100 degree C in order for the sculpture to harden. Hope that helps..

  • @ErraticGuitar62 Thank you very much for the compliment..

  • I like it, its all up to opinon, but i think batman with the obscenely tall ears looks funny, but like i said, its all up to opinion, good work

  • @jokerclan7196 I'd have to agree with the long ears looking funny. I prefer the shorter ears myself, especially with the grey and black uniform. This Batman was made with long ears since the order was made that way. Cheers for your comment.

  • @Matasak01 yeah, yeah, the customer is always right.... but its still a great sculpture, i know i cant sculpt, ill just stick to drawing

  • RESPECT!

  • @galon84 thanks. Glad you like it.

  • Hmmm. good, but no where near as good as the hulk one. Also, just a suggestion, but if u do another one pls could u do a venom one?

  • @jozzie00 I'd have to agree with you there jozzie.Batman was a little rushed, I had to get it finished quickly since I thought the guy who was going to paint it was moving, but as it turns out he was able to stay.

Venom sounds like a good character to do, might try it after i finish my other commissions. I'll be positing the work i'm doing on a Ryu and then Green Lantern and Silver surfer after that.
