  • Wow, he is a Jew and with a name like Merryfield?

    I smell mossad.

  • @flickyoli Wow. What is YOUR name? "Anti-Semite?"

  • If she can't listen to the VICTIM, how is she going to LISTEN TO YOU!?!?!?!?! THE FREAKING VICTIM!!!!!

  • It should be Corporations for a Serf America

  • Kloppenflop is all done dancing at the polls today. She better get her resume ready because there's a new sheriff in town.

  • You sad, sad, Tea Party sheep. Your 15 minutes of fame is up. Wisconsinites can actually read, which is something the Koch brothers weren't anticipating. Scott Walker and the rest of his wannabe Sconnies will soon be historical footnotes.

  • @FUjobu You know that's ok because when she gets in there here's how it will go. Voter ID gone, carry conceal gone, hunters rights gone, property rights gone, budget repair gone and on and on it will go because it will have go to the supreme court and any money you want to lose let me know with this liberal slant Kiss your rights good bye period end of sentence. When those issues are brought up, you union hunters remember you heard it here first.

  • @GodlessAndHappy1 The union leaders will be real disappointed if Kloppenburg gets elected and she doesn't submit to their wishes as they expect. Lots of money spent to buy those votes. Union dues money.

  • "Koch Industries has mills that are 80% UNIONIZED. When Prosser was in the Wisconsin Assembly he sponsored and helped to pass a bill giving collective bargaining rights to public defenders." That's not what the union leaders want you to hear. For more, Google: For Wisconsin Unions – Ignorance is Well Organized

  • And so are teh KOCHS

  • Comment removed

  • Unions will only hurt themselves and people voting for Kloppenburg are going to help make it happen (maybe). Google: For Wisconsin Unions – Ignorance is Well Organized

  • prwatch.org/news/2011/04/10534/group-called-citizens-strong-america-operates-out-ups-mail-drop-runs-expensive-ad

  • Let me see if I can understand - bringing a priest to "justice" is letting the organization that has refused to prosecute abusers "handle" the situation so that he can abuse others. Sure the priest was away from you but if Prosser did his job than he wouldn't have hurt anyone else. This is pretty rude to have this man relive his pain just for Prosser's gain. Kloppenburg's add didn' have anyone's name in it. Sounds to me like it's Prosser that is victumizing this person - again.

  • I hope that it is just your shallow politics that cause you to say "Sounds to me like Prosser is victimizing this person... again". Let's see - VOLUNTARILY being part of an ad, being sexually abused as a child... a good comparison of "victimization" to you? He doesn't see as well as you do what constitutes vicitmization, and he has been fooled into trying to defend an evil man, yeah? /facepalm You are an asshat and I hope you are kept away from children and other decent things.

  • @77shard - who contacted this person and asked him to tell his story to the media? Kloppenburg didn't give any information regarding this man in her ad but yet Prosser turns him into an ad campain for himself. Was this person paid to be on the ad? Victimization would mean Prosser contacted this man and asked him to go on camera and tell his story. Why didn't he stick to his reasoning behind not prosecuting the Priest? Why was this Priest allowed to have another parish?

  • Bottom line: this guy seems to be telling the truth. So why did Kloppenburg refuse to stop ads that he says are false? Hasn't he been through enough?

  • @affectivity

is Kloppenburg's ad false for the other victims of this priest???!!!

  • This is really some shameless manipulation of victims right here. I fail to see how drawing them directly into the spotlight by naming them and putting them in a damned add is less invasive and offensive than simply making reference to the case that Prosser worked without putting the victims in center stage.

At least ads like this typically backfire and generate more support for the opposition.

  • Who would vote for someone who would put these disgusting ads up? This lady Kloppenburge is exploiting these abused victims for her own political gain.

How doesn't that seem wrong to anyone who is sane?

  • @towerclimber37

Bet you don't have a job soon...if not, you are already out of work, huh??? Good luck, oh, and be sure to talk to your employer and he will understand...Ba wa ha ha hah

  • The unions are slime. VOTE PROSSER on Tuesday, April 5th!!

  • @acutemaniadotnet

I can tell you are OUT OF WORK, Huh?? No wonder, Pee Wee Herman, eh? Brilliant!!!! Vote Hitler instead, a much better choice.

  • @theangelrules007 The unions are losing everywhere: WI, OH, FL, IN, MI, etc. Stick a fork in the unions, they're done!! VOTE PROSSER on TUEDAY, APRIL 5TH!!!

  • “in order to prevent unnecessary scandal, the DA [Prosser] came to see me merely to state that he was pursuing this case, gathering evidence toward prosecution of Father Feeney for a number of misdemeanors. I had to agree with the District Attorney that the Church would prefer to keep this out of court and out of the public eye and I was able to tell him of our decision last week [to move Feeney to a different parish] with which he agreed.”

    ~Letter from Green Bay Bishop

  • in 2008 Troy Merryfield said: "He (Prosser) knows damn well what happened and what was said," "He dropped the ball..."

  • Those of you who say this ad is nonsense are in denial and we already know that you have an axe to grind. If it makes you feel better while your gut tells you otherwise, have at it.

  • @MI30t The axe I have to grind is that Prosser is THE MOST PARTISAN judge to ever sit on the Supreme Court in Wisconsin. Yes, I do feel better and my gut tells me to VOTE Kloppenburg on April 5th!!!!

  • It wasn’t just the Catholic Church that would not act against pedophile priests, it was law enforcement too, said Sharon Merryfield, who now lives in Texas. “Who else could we turn to? What else could we do? Nobody was on our side.” [Capital Times, 2/4/08]

“He (Prosser) knows damn well what happened and what was said,” said Troy Merryfield, one of the victims. “He dropped the ball” [Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, 2/6/08]

  • “The fact is: at the time he should have been prosecuting this case, David Prosser was in the middle of a primary and general election campaign for the state Assembly. He needs to accept his responsibility and admit his political ambitions caused him to mishandle the case.”

Even after knowing the full extent of (the) crimes, P refuses to admit that he should have done anything differently:

“I’m not uncomfortable with the decision made back then, even in 20/20 hindsight.”

  • David Prosser's Endless Excuses Do Not Add Up on Pedophile Case

Excuses, Distortions Continue With Prosser, As Facts Contradict His Record

Supreme Court Justice Prosser continues to offer an endless series of excuses about his failure to prosecute pedophile priest John Feeney in 1978, but all evidence assembled contradicts Prosser’s effort to rewrite his failed record in the high-profile case, according to an analysis by One Wisconsin Now....

  • Those of you who say this ad is nonsense are in denial and we already know that you have an axe to grind. If it makes you feel better while your gut tells you otherwise, have at it.

  • Look it up. Source watch dot org Citizens for a Strong America

  • The group that made this ad, Citizens for a Strong America, is a Koch Brothers front group. They're hoping you'll fall for this nonsense so you'll give up your collective bargaining rights--rights which were BTW UPHELD IN FEDERAL COURT. Vote for Kloppenburg and stop the Koch/Walker destruction of the middle class.

  • @towerclimber37

Unions are 7-11% of the private work force. That is why this country is going down the tubes. If you are "tired of unions" you'll LOVE being a wage slave.

  • @Katya67 Stop waiting around for other people to do something for you! Why don't make yourself useful and create your own company if you don't like being a "wage slave?"

  • @acutemaniadotnet LOL!! I'm not a wage slave. I am a union member. If you think the average joe can get to the middle class without inherited wealth or collective bargaining you have your head farther up your ass that it appears. Somalia and Burma and Zimbabwe are perfect examples of that I guess. 1940-1980 were the best years this country is likely to ever see. When that is all dismantled it may be impossible to re-institute and take hundreds of years. Slavery is like that.

  • @Katya67 Many people make their own fortunes. In fact, most of the wealtiest people made theirs and didn't inherit them. They're living the American dream, while you spread the American nightmare. All the liberal taxes "on the rich" are really on taxes on people who are trying to make it. Taxing income doesn't tax rich people, it taxes people who are trying to make money. Rich people already have theirs.

  • @acutemaniadotnet No one makes their own fortune without using someone else's labour, and/or capitol and then relying on masses and masses of people like me to purchase their crap, or their services. Bill Gates didn't make his own fortune and Warren Buffet is just like George Soros. I didn't stop them from attaining their wealth, but they wouldn't have been able to do it without me and millions of others in the middle class.

  • @Katya67 Your lazy, whining, union butt did nothing to create wealth for any of them. Microsoft has no union; that's why they still make money. It was their work and the work of others, who also got rich, that made them their money.

  • @acutemaniadotnet Unfortunately people like you and the Koch brothers, Mitch McConnell, Haley Barbour, Glenn Beck, Eric Cantor and John Boehner are fine with the middle class disappearing here in America as long as they can find other markets. Thanks for the support bozos!!.

  • Down with the dirty libs!

  • Kloppenburg didn't condemn them! She could easily get them stopped. She won't! Vote PROSSER on Tuesday, April 5th!!!

  • Kloppenburg isn't responsible for 3rd party ads.

  • What i would REALLY like is to see the pathetic, self-aggrandizing braindeads trying to defend that woman's behavior here - mainly by saying "AAAAAUGHH!!! I HATE REPUBLICANS!!!!!" - face this man and his brother in person and explain why their candidate did not have any good ideas or history to run on, and instead resorted to what might be the single most disgusting combination of lie and smear and expoloitation that has ever been seen in our politics... and that is saying a LOT.

  • Vote Prosser on Tuesday April 5th!!

  • DOWN WITH PROSSER! Can't wait till he's gone and Kloppenburg becomes judge. Scott Walker, you're next! All this pissing off the unions will just make Obama's reelection a certainty in 2012. Goddamn Republicans are dumb, dumb dumb!

  • @Jujuman2003 LOL a powerful and persuasive argument. "Can't wait til a woman too pathetic to run on her platform and grotesque enough to exploit abused people AFTER BEING ASKED NOT TO gets elected". Keeping it classy, huh? You should be ashamed of yourself. The people would be much better served by a basset hound than by this wretched miscreant.

  • the democrat-socialists needed to be kicked and banned from the USA

  • Ugly but I'll vote for her.

Both sides have slippery ads and only Kloppenburg is getting asked about it when Prosser should be to.

Despite the fact I think Kloppenburg should have distanced herself from the ad it is a fair question for this victim why he was so against Prosser that he felt Prosser should recuse himself from pedophile priest cases and now praises Prosser for bringing justice.

There are some questions about that switch which are fair and should be answered.

  • Do the right thing Wisconsin, you can't elected this this Klopennburg lady.

  • @Mprator Says the person who has yet to master the English language...

Vote Kloppenburg on Tuesday, April 5th!!!

  • @GodlessAndHappy1 - Yeah... because mastering the English language as a means of communication is more imnportant that not being a hateful asshat with no compassion, decency, respect for law, or common sense. OK. On the one hand, I feel a little sorry for you, but on the other I am glad that yourugliness and damage is so visible that no thinking person will ever be influenced by you.

  • What is disgusting is that you all are doing what you are accusing Kloppenburg of doing. She isn't doing it numbe one, others are. Number two none of us would know who this guy and his brother were had you not gotten him to make this video. It is clear who the explotiers and users are. It is also clear how dirty of pool the Repugs are willing to play.

  • @victoriahessco7 Politics are dirty. It's not just one party. It's all parties. And this is an election for a judge. Which... mind you, shouldn't involve any politics. The fact that there are politics in a judicial election, makes it all flawed.

  • @victoriahessco7 "This guy and his brother" wrote to Kloppenburg OF HIS OWN FREE WILL and asked her to ask the third party to pull the ad. He wasn't being used, he ASKED to make the Prosser ad, because Kloppenburg is trying to take advantage of his pain to get herself elected with a fraudulent ad - no one "got him to make this video."

  • Vote for Prosser on Tuesday, April 5th!!!

  • "Kloppenburg defeats Prosser" on Youtube...even has a Clay Matthews joke....

  • Jo anne Kloppenburg isnt qualified no matter what ads are run. She was passed over by even brain dead tax lover GOVERNOR DOYLE and now is laying in bed with the unions and trying to ride that anger to the court. Prosser is the only REAL choice in SANITY on the ballot on APRIL 5TH ! I mean if Jo Ann cant condemn that false ad about the priests ......you know shes already sold her soul to the devil

  • After doing research into this, just a few years ago, Troy was saying that Prosser didn't do his job - and he insisted that Prosser not be sitting on any panel that dealt with child molestation. It's great that the next guy that took over Prosser's job actually instructed detectives to invesigate & they convicted the priest who is now in prison - sad that Prosser didn't go further with this when he had the chance - other kids would not have been molested if Prosser would have pursued it harder.

  • @zaodiabl0 Prosser was the one who let the church OFF the hook in this case.

  • @ bumnus Sad but true, but it's the unions who turned the budget battle and then this race into a circus. We elected republicans and they didn't like the outcome. We've seen dirty tricks from them ever since. Now they want to take over our Supreme Court. Our side didn't inject politics into this, they did. Should we stand by and let it happen? I want my representation.

  • May God bless you, sir...I also was a victim of male rape ( not by a priest ), and , as a convert to Catholicism, I know I am justified under the LAW, and the GRACIOUS GOD who forgave me MY sins will forgive ANY sinner. I love the law...GOD is offended when I sin...may GOD forgive ME MY SINS and Judge Kloppenberg HERS !! May Judge P{rosser be merciful to Judge Kloppenberg !! GOD has given Judge Prosser WISDOM in LAW !!

JUDGE PROSSER LOVES THE LAW...VOTE PROSSER for MERCY's SAKE !!!

  • Volunteer for Prosser at justiceprosser(dot)com and be sure to vote Tuesday, April 5th!

  • From Pat Lucey continued:

Along with that failing has come a disturbing distemper and lack of civility that does not bode well for the High Court in the face of demands that are sure to be placed on it in these times of great political and legal volatility.

  • That shot of her at the end makes her look like the Bride of Frankenstein.

  • Former Gov. Pat Lucey abandons Prosser's sinking ship.

Apparently Prosser likes to call another judge a 'total bitch' and mumbles in his office daily about 'destroying' her.

  • Have a nice retirement, Former Justice Prosser!

  • @2fer5 You will be regretting this comment when Prosser ends up the victor. If he wins on Tuesday, this ad is the game changer when Troy Merryfield gives his verdict from the heart on why Kloppenburg is UNQUALIFIED to serve on the Wisconsin State Supreme Court.

  • Go to justiceprosser (dot) com and volunteer for Prosser! We need to fight against the union thuggery! Tuesday April 5th, vote Prosser!

  • Comment removed

  • We all need to get out and work for Prosser! Go to justiceprosser (dot) com and volunteer. We need to win this one on April 5th!

  • The demmunist party needs to be outlawed and banned.

  • All anyone needs to know is that the victim asked Kloppenburg to pull the ad, and she refused. Anyone with no ethics and NO judicial experience does not belong on the highest court of the state. Period.

  • @TheGrandmaJudi - it's not Kloppenburg's ad to pull... it's a 3rd party ad and as she told Prosser, 1st amendment rights are involved... just as the 3rd party ads run against Kloppenburg that are complete lies that Prosser seems to not be bothered with... if he were so upset about lies in the ads, he'd be saying the same about the lying ads about Kloppenburg, right?

  • @winder52 Not true. he was a child. Prosser didn't want to try the case for lack of evidence. Later when there was more evidence he prosecuted and sent the priest to jail. Klop used bad judgment in not asking them to remove the ad. Therefore she will make a bad judge.

  • @drewkazoo The priest wasn't prosecuted until years later, in 2004, and not by Prosser. Also, this victim complained about Prosser's conduct in handling his case as recently as 2008, saying he had "dropped the ball".

  • Vote for Prosser on April 5th!

  • It's disgusting everyone should vote for Prosser this Klooppenburg woman is a extremist partisan hack....

  • @ObamaChronicles I couldn't agree with you more!

  • @ObamaChronicles I couldn't agree with you more, Klooppenburg is so ugly, she makes the elephant man look like Prince Charming

  • @ObamaChronicles

Prosser was the one who let the pedophile priest OFF.

  • @Katya67

No he didn't . He brought that pig the justice, even though unions and democrats tried to free the pedophile whenever they can

  • @Yababoos123 What did unions and democrats have to do with "freeing the pedo...."?. Prosser did it, not us.

    david-prossers-endless-excuses-do-not-add-up-on-pedophile-case.html

  • @ObamaChronicles

“Now, you rich weep and cry aloud. .. terrible troubles will soon be coming to you. UR Riches like poison that will eat up your bodies as with fire. You have not paid the wages of those who worked in your fields. ..money you kept from them cries out to God against you. The Lord of all power has heard the cries of the workers. You have made yourself fat, like animals ready for men to kill. You have accused. And you have caused the death of those who were innocent.”

  • This woman will do anything to get elected. She has been passed over by everyone else Doyle, Obama. All because she is to far to the left for even them. So any way she can get elected to push her Liberal - Green agenda will do with her. Even if that means dragging sex abuse victims through the mud. If this woman gets elected I can't wait to hear all the crying by Union members losing their property owners and gun rights.

  • Even Patrick Lucey (honorary co-chair of the Prosser campaign) couldn't stand to be associated with Prosser any more. He said Prosser is too partisan and has an alarming temper. Lucey now supports Kloppenburg. On April 6th, we'll be reading "Kloppenburg Wins in Landslide!" on every paper in Wisconsin.

Kloppenburg for Supreme Court Justice! Vote Kloppenburg on April 5th.

  • @Godless....Is this the same Pat Lucey who tried to purge the "glory boys" from Wisconsin"s Union Employees way back when? My Dad was one of those so-called "glory boys", who was in PR for the state, writing speeches, etc...He was also a Union Steward, and as far as I know, always voted Republican. So Dad shifted his job to Investigator..And a damn good one,did GOOD for the State. But, the Justice dept could have done better. Our govt is TOO BIG..Dad would have succeeded in the private sector too

  • @GodlessAndHappy1 She's a Democrat, STUPID!

  • Ouch. Prosser now has Sarah Palin's endorsement? That's the real kiss of death. May as well pack your bags, buddy.

  • It's hilarious and hypocritical that Prosser is so indignant about this ad when he's more than happy to let third-party ads run that benefit him. That one about the 80-year old man who Kloppenburg threw in jail is particularly disgusting. If you knew the story, you'd know he deserved jail. If you knew anything about the law, you'd know that a lawyer can't put ANYONE in jail. That's a judge's job. Vote Kloppenburg on April 5th!!!!

  • @GodlessAndHappy1

So putting an 80 year old man in jail for not planting prairie grass in his farm field to appease the DNR is OK? He offered a compromise and they wouldn't even talk to him. Using a sex abuse case and throwing someones name into the political arena with out their consent to try and gain you support is OK? For one you statement is false. She is a government DNR lawyer. She was never a judge and should never be a judge.

  • @ztechdesign "He offered a compromise"

We should never "compromise" when it comes to the legal system. How I wish conservatives would for once learn that. The only people who think Kloppenburg made the wrong call are people with no respect for the law. A patriotic American should never trust such people, nor those who align with such people (like Prosser).

  • @MrTouchShriek

Put yourself in that situation. Your a farmer trying to make a living. The DNR wants to take away some of your farm land you use to make a living. They offer you no money and want you to pay for planting useless grass. Now the kicker is he offered to have drainage tile put in to stop any run off on the field. That wasn't good enough. This woman spent years taking him to court until she finally got him locked up. You call that justice?

  • @ztechdesign Sorry bud, but your attempts to paint the farmer as cooperative and everybody else as villainous are more than a bit disingenuous. It boils down to the fact that he had zero respect for the law, and it's now the job of society to coddle such people.

  • @MrTouchShriek Your right. Lockem all up. So what your take on protestors destroying public property? Should they not be locked up? What about the girl that sent death threats or the Dem that verbally gave a death treat to another law maker. Should they not be locked up? Pretty one sided view you have. The sad part is you came to this video site to change the subject when in reality this video is about slander and trying to destroy a family that already suffered enough.

  • @ztechdesign That is my point. At the time of this trial she was an attorney, not a judge. The ads are saying that "she put an 80 year old man in jail." An attorney can't do that, so the ad is very disingenuous. He was given ample time to plant the grass. He refused. He finally agreed to pay someone else to plant it which was done. He then refused (multiple times) to pay for that service. He deserved a few days in the clink. Kloppenburg for Supreme Court! Vote Kloppenburg on April 5th.

  • @GodlessAndHappy1 Since when does the State have the right to tell someone what to do with their property? Who owns the property and pays the taxes, the state or the farmer? Why bother to own property if you do not have the right to do as you see fit? Freakin lefties think they have then right to bully people and extort them to pay Illegal and Unconstitutional taxes.

  • @greatscott59 Oh, since about when the country was founded. You can't just do what you like even if it is YOUR land. You can't run a sweatshop just because you own the land. You can't grow fields of dope just because its your own land. Are you really that simple?

  • Classic spin from the left.

Do we really need anymore videos like this showing how disgustingly vile the lefties are? I mean c'mon, video after video either showing a girl getting the shit slapped out of her from a lefty union member or a democrat raping a child...what a disgusting bunch of subhuman trash they have become...and they have the audacity to claim America is behind them...what nerve, what arrogance, what shame.

  • @justaquickpeak Where on earth have you seen videos of union members beating girls and democrats raping children? You know, you can't just make stuff up and call it the truth. Actually, I guess you can. Because the Right has been doing it for years and you people just keep eating it up. How long before you realize you're voting against your own best interests?

  • @GodlessAndHappy1

Doh, there's those pesky facts again getting in the way of a liberal mind.

    Enjoy! /watch?v=zm_Fl3AszuU

  • @Godless, she could denounce the ad. She actually refused to denounce it, therefore endorsing it.

  • @wiscooter because in their sick twisted perverted world, the end justifies the means. They will never condemn such actions so long as such actions fund their agenda.

  • The phone number on the ad is to the Justice Dept. Please call Kloppenberg's campaign director at 608-206-1818 or leave a message at Kloppenberg's office 608-218-1203. Let her know how despicable she and her campaign are.

  • Typical Teabagger propaganda. The ad this guy is referring to IS NOT KLOPPENBURG'S AD! It was created and paid for by a third-party group completely without Kloppenburg's knowledge or approval. She has no ability to stop it. She did the right thing by simply distancing herself from it and recognizing the 1st amendment rights of the group that created it. Vote Kloppenburg on April 5th!

  • @GodlessAndHappy1 If Kloppenburg insisted they pull the ad, they would. Instead she showed how she will do anything to get elected. I already know of several people who were going to vote for her but now are not going to. They want a judge who has ethics first and foremost.

  • @GodlessAndHappy1 She may not have the power to stop that ad, but she has EVERY power to denounce the ad (at the request of the victims, especially) - THAT would be the right thing to do. THAT would demonstrate strong moral character. THAT would demonstrate unbiased free-thinking. THAT would be well within her 1st amendment rights. THAT would send a message that it's not OK to use sexual abuse victims as political pawns against their will. May God have mercy on your soul.

  • @MrH2Opro Those victims were never identified in the original ad. They chose to come out and identify themselves, probably because Prosser's campaign paid them to. There are currently third-party ads that lie about Kloppenburg and I don't see Prosser denouncing them. If you base your vote on these ads, then you are a fool.

And tell your god not to worry about my soul. I stopped believing him long ago after I realized my morals were far better than his.

  • go to the youtube search bar and type in "prosser for the win" to see some videos i made =)

  • libtards are sick perverts. the priest was a registered democrat by the way.

  • Man shes ugly

  • @billburrsucs She literally looks like a witch sans black hat, cat, and broomstick. Those items never pictured with her but they are certainly laying around nearby.

  • About time the truth was told first hand!

  • I am so glad he agreed to do this ad to show the truth!

  • It just makes me sick what people will do to forward their agenda, on the left and the right, but especially on the left.

  • Why did he have to do this? What a shame that they didn't pull the add when he asked.

  • Excellent video. Right to the point!
