For this recipe I use thick 30% fat fresh cream. Very important is to use a thick cream not liquid.

I was thinking since we don't have cream fresh here. Well we do have liquid cream, or whipped cream, or sour cream. I could buy Creamy Nature Yogurt with no sugar? Could it an alternative?
