The massive impact weakened the structure, the force of the top stories falling through the 8 stories that were structurally destroyed blew out the joints of the structural steel frame of the lower stories. The Windsor Tower in Madrid burned as a raging inferno for over 24 hours and the building was completely gutted by fire throughout... YET IT REMAINED STANDING. The structural integrity of the WTC was weaker than the Windsor tower because it only had support rods in the center, and when those melted, the collapsing rods pulled the outside down. Buildings are also often attacked by planes, but the WTC was built to take a hit from a 747, which was the biggest when the towers were built. It was hit by two much bigger 767s

@xgunnBlaze I'm afraid you have your information all screwed up. Firstly, the Windsor Tower had nowhere near the structural integrity of the WTC. I don't know what the "support rods" are you are talking about, but each WTC tower had 47 massive core columns and was a concrete over steel truss floor design with min. 10X over standard loading capabilities. Also, a 767 is MUCH smaller than a 747 and so were the 757's that actually hit the towers. Please educate yourself before commenting again.
Pardon my mistake; I meant to point out that the WTC was made to be hit with a 707. 747 planes didn't exist when the WTC was built, and they would destroy anything they hit.
Yes, the planes that hit the towers were 767s and they are bigger than 707s. They also carry a lot more fuel. Also, the columns = rods; I don't see the point of your correction. The fact is that the frame for the building was concentrated in the center. Once those weakened, there wasn't much keeping the WTC up.

I have never seen a 'controlled demolition' as you call it, where huge pieces of steel were ejected over 200m away from the site of the demolition.

I like everyone else on Earth, have never seen a 110 story structure collapse or be demolished, so it is foolish to claim what 'should or shouldn't' have happened.
Well I've been in commercial construction/demolition for well over 10 years, and believe me - the twin towers and building 7 did not just fall down. The first thing you learn in demolition is; structures will always fall towards the path of least resistance. 80 floors of intact building is not that path.
To get a building to come straight down symmetrically is quite a difficult task. All structures will tend to fall over unless you can systematically remove all supports, mass and structural resistance simultaneously as the structure drops. This is an art and it takes alot of precise calculations mated with explosives expertise to pull any tall building into its own footprint. The WTC was extremely precise in its detonation sequences, this could only have been accomplished by a team of experts.

It was a great start, but you looped footage for no reason. This should definitely have an analysis of the free fall collapse of #7 too. The presentation of the high school physics teacher in the actual commission hearings should be here. You could do this in a minute at most. The presentation is one that was begun well. The massive impact weakened the structure, the force of the top stories falling through the 8 stories that were structurally destroyed blew out the joints of the structural steel frame of the lower stories. No one designs a building to withstand the impact of a 747 or whatever it was.
There was molten steel under the rubble. Do you have any idea how much friction is involved in that much material falling that far. A fuck ton.

The Windsor Tower in Madrid burned as a raging inferno for over 24 hours and the building was completely gutted by fire throughout... YET IT REMAINED STANDING. It doesn't matter; the steel melted.
The structural integrity of the WTC was weaker than the Windsor tower because it only had support rods in the center, and when those melted, the collapsing rods pulled the outside down. Buildings are also often attacked by planes, but the WTC was built to take a hit from a 747, which was the biggest when the towers were built. It was hit by two much bigger 767s
I can send you a lecture with this information. You can't disagree with physics.

@xgunnBlaze I'm afraid you have your information all screwed up. Firstly, the Windsor Tower had nowhere near the structural integrity of the WTC. I don't know what the "support rods" are you are talking about, but each WTC tower had 47 massive core columns and was a concrete over steel truss floor design with min. 10X over standard loading capabilities. Also, a 767 is MUCH smaller than a 747 and so were the 757's that actually hit the towers. Please educate yourself before commenting again.

Yes, the planes that hit the towers were 767s and they are bigger than 707s. They also carry a lot more fuel. Also, the columns = rods; I don't see the point of your correction. The fact is that the frame for the building was concentrated in the center. Once those weakened, there wasn't much keeping the WTC up.

And on the explosives front, if the debris chunks were falling away from the building at around 70 MPH, that's well within terminal velocity, therefore could very well have only have been subject to gravity, and well below the speeds at which a combustive explosion would force even the largest chunks away from the building, this isn't rocket science...

The fact that after looking at all credible evidence, (given the fact that you haven't gotten it all from Loose Change) which by the way is taking out some content because it was disproven, one being the spray of dust under the collapse, they finally realize it was compressed air. I listen to actual professionals, so yeah, I may not have extensive knowledge of this subject, but non of us do. think about this, would you be able to look into the face of someone who had a family member on Flight 77 and say to them, "I don't think your father is dead I think they are still alive because a missile hit the pentagon and not the plane your loved one was on......where are those people then? Gahhh, alright sure, the towers had explosives in them. No one saw the wires required to execute a proper demolition, no one saw the people planting the explosives in place (by the way, to bring down a building this size it would take longer than a day to plant explosives). Plus all the people who knew about this kept their mouths shut about it? There are photos of wreckage at the pentagon, there were over 100 eyewitnesses saying it was a passenger plane, #7 collapsed because of damage.

BTW, a team of 9 scientists have concluded it was a controlled demolition and identified the explosive used. Their (unchallenged) paper is published in the open chemistry journal. End of story.

In one sentence you say that it's a controlled demolition, where the building collapses straight down, then you say that the girders were being ejected "up to two football fields away" due to the power from explosives. I have never seen a 'controlled demolition' as you call it, where huge pieces of steel were ejected over 200m away from the site of the demolition.
So which is it?

Well I've been in commercial construction/demolition for well over 10 years, and believe me - the twin towers and building 7 did not just fall down. The first thing you learn in demolition is; structures will always fall towards the path of least resistance. 80 floors of intact building is not that path.

To get a building to come straight down symmetrically is quite a difficult task. All structures will tend to fall over unless you can systematically remove all supports, mass and structural resistance simultaneously as the structure drops. This is an art and it takes alot of precise calculations mated with explosives expertise to pull any tall building into its own footprint. The WTC was extremely precise in its detonation sequences, this could only have been accomplished by a team of experts.
