Two dunking tips from a 6'-0" white guy who could dunk in the 1970's:

Tip # 1 --- Don't forget to snap the calf muscle at the right moment after the leg extension is just about done in order to get that added push. Timing is everything.

That worked to get me to the point where my elbow ended up about 4" below the rim (plenty of clearance to slam it home).

At 14 your nervous system, coordination, and strength just aren't developed yet.But if start training now, you will be able to get the most out of what God has given you the potential for. The key is to work multi joint movements like the deadlift, hang clean, and squat. Get your core strong and incorporate plyometrics for explosiveness.
