I have/had depression and psychosis (dont know how to spell that lol) and I was previously anorexic/bulimic and the way I dealt with it was cutting. I cut myself on my legs, forehead and arms and still have scars. This book kinda scares me a bit because I dont want it to trigger anyhting. Thanks for the great review!! <3
