@TitliNihaan Sorry. I have heard that you have converted to Islam. I also read your profile as to why you converted. I am a Muslim too, and I agree the Holy Quran is very potent.

Hey guys! or Titli, I know this is a random question, I just watched titli's other video french chocolate cake, and i cant comment. so I'm asking here. How many tablespoons of butter is in 180 grams?? Please reply , i want to try the recipe :)

Salaams Nihaan, I made Gulab Jamun with your recipe today and I nailed it ....spot on........All those sweet shops can eat their hearts out, lovely recipe.........mmmmmmmmmmmm. Thank You very much. Hi Titli - this recipe is perfect! Gulab jamuns are among my favorite deserts and I've made them several times with varied results. I made them the other night using your recipe and they were superb! I'm making them again tonight in preparation for a dinner party I'm hosting tomorrow night - thank you!
Hi Titli, i have watched many people making this recipe on line and finally i have found someone that explains it so clearly. I love using gulab in my baking and you are such a sweet lady and i think i speak for everyone here when i say thank you.
I tried it today without saffron and rose water. The syrup turned out well but I had problems with my DOUGH. it didnt became smooth like those in your video and when I fry them, they didnt rise up so it didnt role cutely. However, they became round brown cracky and abit burny.
I have no idea where did i go wrong. any suggestion? I had followed everything u showed in this video :)
@TitliNihaan I tried it again and this time my milk powder is really fine but it broke apart while frying. why is that? the heat is really low...but how to sustain the heat? Help me Tittli :/
@mizzquenn619 The best thing is to send me a YT message describing what you did, what the dough was like, what the balls looked like, and what exactly happened when you dropped them in the oil. I'll try and help you if I can!
I made this tonight and was lucky that it was a success. I just loved watching the little balls turn themselves over. I did, however, keep the oil turning so they fried evenly. Thank you for the recipe. Yours was the only recipe that gave me a successful result. No need to pay $4.00 for two balls at the Indian Restaurant. Yes! that is how expensive they are here.
titli, my sister was making gulab jamun and they came out small but they taste really good and she only made 8 but then she made another mix and they seem to dissolve in the oil even though it was at low heat so my mum came and tried and we doubled the ingredients so we put 6 in 1st but with the same oil that they first dissolved in and they dissolved again so we put new oil and then we put the other 6 in but they dissolved aswell and there was nothing left dunno why so i thought i'd ask you...
@aleena0121 If the oil temperature is too low then the balls can dissolve. What should happen is that you drop the balls in the oil, they sink to the bottom, and then after about 30 seconds they should rise up to the surface. If they don't rise they are not cooking fast enough. If the oil is too hot they rise quickly and disintegrate as in the video.
@TitliNihaan we dropped in a little ball in first and after about 20-30 seonds it rised to the surface we thought the oil is hot enough so we putting them in one by one they went really small and started dissolving and the oil became all frothy because of the dough dissolving inside it.
@TitliNihaan Also, which flour should I use: i doubt elephant atta would be useful, so which plain flour should I use, should I just get one with wheat or just plain flour
