It is indeed direct feed. I use the Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro to capture video from the PS3 in HD (720p @ 60fps). The PS3 is connected via Sony component cables.

Hey man, what is the Custom Soundtrack? Is that were you get to put your own songs in the game?

Yep, Custom Soundtracks let you use your own music in the game. I can make a new video to show this feature.
