Well I think the reasoning for the music is because the video wasn't recorded with sound. My reasoning for saying this is because towards the end of the video the song stopped playing and there still wasn't any sound. Agreed, I live in California and it sucks here... Only "Safe & Sane" fireworks can be bought on the 4th.  Banning fireworks like that just creates crazy teenage pyros that do stupid shit with dangerous chemicals so they can make their own fireworks! Allowing year round fireworks stores would keep people from using their own dangerous homemade fireworks. They say something like 10,000 people a year are injured by fireworks(maybe across the nation or just california).
