Hey, i know this game has been out but i did play the First legend of mir (the one that was pay to play...) anywho, i would really like to play this one but im having some trouble signing up for it.... Can anyone help me? i would really love to play this game once again! <3

game sounds great aside from the gameboy graphics, i dont mind horrible graphix like this but usualy games with bad graphix have bad gameplay and whatnot but jesus the hype for LOM3 is insane for how it looks, maybe i'l be surprised

Legend of Mir will, and has always been one of the best online games. The community, the gameplay, everything.

As it was such a small community, it made it very 'RPG' like, as everybody knew each other , every body had a reputation via the players.

Was a great game, guilds, pvp & fighting over bosses with other guilds were incredibly fun.

No, not anymore. It used to be the most popular MMO in Asia (actually, the world), having 1.2 million CONCURRENT users daily, and over 200 million accounts.

It developed a strong following here, 10 years ago. But our servers were hosted by terrible hosts, and their was no updates for the last 3 years, which lead to its closure.

The western fanbase had only private servers.

But now, the developers (WeMade) are bringing Legend of Mir 2 and 3 back to life in the west. We're going to be kept up-to-date with the servers in asia. :D

graphics is just as important as gameplay for a game, ur just another one of those star craft fans who doesnt appreciate the amount of time and effort developers spent over visual contents.

No, I am simply a gamer that has appreciated some of the best video games in the past 2 decades that aren't as visually sound as this "next gen" era we're in right now.

Some of the best games I have played have looked "ok" for their time and nothing in comparison to some of the stuff we see today.

Graphics can certainly help a game, but "as important as gameplay", never. I will take superior gameplay over buffed up graphics any day.

Graphics age; gameplay doesn't. Which is why Jagged Alliance 2, Populous, Command & Conquer, Half-Life, X-Com, Alpha Centauri, Deus Ex, F.E.A.R. and Diablo II will continue to entice new players long after Crysis has been consigned to obsolescence.

graphics matters but gameplay matters more as for 3d mmorpg the only one with good gameplay that i know is wow and the game is way too oriented toward pve.
