Is the bike easy to ride once you know how? In other words, would it make a safe practical bike for commuting? Or is it just a novelty machine?

@deezynar there are guys using it in traffic. At least some do use a baby-Python. Most bikes of this sort I saw in traffic were Flevobikes or Flevoracers. You can find them easy on the internet. I guess those plans are even for free on the internet. Also search for the updates of the Flevobike or Flevoracer as many are made and are very helpfull.
