  • Fry the police chief. Gee I wonder why comments have been disabled on some of the other links concerning her. The campus Military in unfit for their jobs. Anybody remember Kent State? I know, what's Kent State, right? Why don't they just start shooting the students, no big deal, right?

  • You know who else wouldn't obey orders, OUR FOUNDING FATHERS!!

    EVOLUTION through Revolution!!!

  • dyke

  • They got what they deserved.

  • @URBNSpice Heil Hitler.

  • @URBNSpice i hope you get what you deserve too

  • Gah, I hate all this "didin't obey orders" shit. That's the POINT of what they were doing. They were asking to get maced, and they did, and it was all over the news. If they HAD moved, this would have been just another bunch of hippies that we didn't hear about. It couldn't have worked out better for them.

  • Cops only used pepper spray to get out with their lives. people trapped them in and wouldn't open the circle to let the officers out. when the people wouldn't listen the cops sprayed them. in short, always listen to cops they are only trying to help and protect you, they don't want to hurt you but they will if they must.

  • @ChuckorChris Sitting in a neat little row DOES NOT EQUAL "trapped." As for the rest of your drivel ("the police are always right" WTF?), you sound like a naive 5 year old. Are you in your little foot-pajamas right now, waiting for the Easter bunny? He won't be here until April, but it's never too late to be ready. LMAO!

  • @fantom58 In another video you see a police officer just step over them, they were in no way trapped.

  • "move or your going to get it in the face" you knew it was coming why the fuck are you bitching you knew what was happening but you still sat there.

  • u get told to move by police and u dnt wow for college students there dumb as fuck

  • @jackripstick Not stupidity, courage. But non-violent protest doesn't work anymore. The United States is in a pre-revolutionary state. Let's see what happens next.

  • @fantom58 if the law tells them to move even if its a non violent protest they have a ryt to take action and move them

  • @jackripstick Did you ever wonder why the campus "police" (and they're really non-deputized security guards btw) didn't bother to ask for UC Davis ID first. If they were in fact UC Davis students, then they were AUTHORIZED to be on that sidewalk. And don't forget they were sitting in a neat little row. The donut munchers could simply have walked around them. A dumb animal would have done as much. Pike just wanted to engage in sadism.

  • @fantom58 if they are causing disruption they should be moved police are figures of the law and shouldnt have to walk round them cause then in a way they are over coming the law

  • @jackripstick Yes, because campus security guards are God, and must always be obeyed. You teabaggers are a never ending source of lulz.

  • Comment removed

  • @fantom58 It was a protest.. doesn't matter who the fuck you are. No ID required. When asked to leave the "troubled zone", you leave. End of story. If by chance those asked to leave do not, then they should be removed immediately by force and even tranquilized. Protests can get violent and not everyone in campus was in it. When asked to leave and calm the fuck down for the safety of pedestrians, you do it.

  • @loh1110 Protests can get violent, but this one didn't, it was peaceful, the only violence was by the police officers who mace the students. Besides that when were the pedestrians threatened? The protest was just a sit-down.

  • @nerdypreppyemo Sit-down or not, violent or not.. that is not the issue. The issue was they didn't move as told. It's protocol to get kick them out and/or mace them for cooperation, whether violent or not.

  • @loh1110 So it's ok to use violence against non-violent people. I'm sorry, but I have a hard time understanding your logic. Police used to sick attack dogs, tear gas and hoses on non-violent protesters too, was that right? Protocol is not the same as right. Besides that student protesters have a right to be on that sidewalk.

  • @nerdypreppyemo You're right of course. But don't feed the trolls.

  • @fantom58 well everyone is entitled to their opinion. That's what's beautiful about this country that we can express them.

  • @loh1110 Jawohl! Ve must obey orderz! Heil Hitler! That pretty much sums up your mentality loh-boy. Authority is God. Worship it, or else. Are you an American?

  • @jackripstick When law enforcement tells them to move in a civilized manner but the protesters don't, then they should be maced and beaten. Direct orders from law enforcement were not respected so why not wack them?

  • @jackripstick Protests have no impact if you simply go away when told to. I have alot of respect for those who had the balls to stand up to the police and risk their necks to give impact to a message they believed in. Do you think you'd have even heard of this story on the news if the protestors had simply given up and left when ordered to?

  • @MrGoldenChocobo That's right, they knew it was coming. They were clearly protesting lawlessly and when asked to cooperate with the law, they maliciously didn't. They risked their heads and got what they deserved. If you asked me, they should of been taken off camera and into a police van and savagely beaten.

  • fucking dyke

  • kill all cops

  • If pepper spray is what it takes to move these low lives then its totally cool

  • @loh1110 There's an opening for a prison camp guard in North Korea. You should apply. You'd be perfect for it.

  • @fantom58 NO WAY! NK's employee benefit package sucks... and why travel when I can do this in the USA?

  • @loh1110 Yes, but here there's always the chance someone may seriously injure or kill you if you engage in mindless sadism. There, at least, you'll be a hero. Something to think about.

  • @fantom58 I'll mace them.. Something for them to think about.

  • if the police chief wants to defend someone who should have felony charges put against them, We need some MAJOR reforms.

  • The cops worried for their safety, bitch! It was a peaceful protests keyword here is PEACE, those students were harmless. The chemical used on them was so unecessary.

  • this woman should be fired for allowing this to happen

  • A female police chief? Oh wow.

  • urgh...... Drug dealers get thrown into jail for trying to make money sometime just for there family because of terrible choices in school....Yet these bastards don't get thrown into jail for abusing there power they weren't doing anything.

  • I feel like I am in a world of people that care more about their next dollar, rather than the person who needs an emotional pick me up, and be included into the human family, for we still attack minority opinions and are the islands amongst oursleves. You can only serve God or mamon... Police protect and serve, and do it well. I am not crying for people who cry about an economic 'sky falling' for it is a pathetic JOKE!

  • If a global scapegoat is chosen, war is inevitable. The students wanted a lesson in protesting and the resources of UC Davis's police with jurisdiction had the job to do to insure what begins as a 'peaceful protest' does not escalate into a violent situation. Do people not realize that the job of the police is to come in as a pack of dogs that think as a team to quell situations and prevent the clash from happening again? HEROES!

  • . If you do not want to be part of the system, and want to fight the system, know that I want the US Eagle's way to win. Unite the World and secure free speech.

    Sincerely,

714-650-9157 ~ if you want to try to 'teach me' something else, remember I am also a Nazi

look, you are not teach me about reality, but you can teach me about your pains

  • I am going to side with the 'DO BRANCH' of this government over kids in school that should study how to protest before they do. Their learning lesson is funny to me. What do you expect? Read the noose list at Nuremberg lists my last name forth, Trenkle. Nazi in the family and in the blood, so when you try to 'teach me' to cry for students I am not going to cry for, because they are getting what they asked for, and that is an education in how to protest properly.

  • Look, the way I see it in 1776, we all signed on, with the United States Constitution, with a belief that if everyone on the planet could speak freely, we would know our value to each other, and our value to ourselves. The US Eagle has not even accomplished that mission yet! So, you can come with the anti-establishment attitude all you want. I AM NOT WITH the anti-establishment crowd.

  • To all these people who find this situation outrageous. Protests are emotionally charged events, and when due process is followed, the civil servants will be there to protect you. When a law enforcement agent asks me to move, I say, "Yes sir/mama... Thank you!" Do you have any clue what the day to day life of what they learn and see is like? I find the video funny. But, then again, I have seen law enforcement at work. I am not crying for college students that should know due process, and don't.

  • I do not believe those kids were going to attack or hurt officers. The police action was completely inappropriate. They should have joined the protest.

  • @whiskyworm You goof, read your first sentence. I'd advise you in the future to read over your attempts at opinionated criticism before posting. And I should learn more about the law? I believe you should read over my statement again. In short, the chief stated that the officers were surrounded and that is what forced the officers to use pepper spray. Yet watch the video. I'm amused by your incompetence and I award you no points. May God have mercy on your soul.

  • @JakeProffer It might help you understand what he's saying if you take into account where he's coming from. He's an authoritarian, by definition. What the police do is inherently right, because the police are Good. If the police disapprove of something a person does, he/she is wrong. What the police do is always lawful, and actions they deem wrong are unlawful.

To understand people like this, look up the actual term (authoritarian). It should answer most questions.

  • @JakeProffer Have you ever had to deal with the police on something that mattered? If you think I have not seen that the polce were called to the scene to clear an unlawful protest, and did just that. Why would I cry for some spoiled college kids that want to cry and are sprayed in the face with a cry agent. I do not find this story an outrage. I find it hilarious.

  • @JakeProffer goof? hahaha .. I do not respect their protest for they are crying over money! what did Jesus say?? hmm... 'Can only serve God or mamon' ... and here you are angry at those the do their best and risk their lives in hopes of securing a safe society. You have any idea the toll that job takes on your human psyche? What the police see, know, and do things about I respect more than college children in a wave fear over money. Learn what God is punk!

  • @JakeProffer when you protest, it is lawful when you apply for permits so law enforcement knows what the angry mob is doing and protects them doing it. Did you know that people do join these mobs and intend to try to strike the powderkeg and turn them violent? That is why there is due process, and a legal way to protest. What this shows me is that those UC Davis students did not care to study. When an officer tells me to move, I do and say thank you. I find it hilarious, and the students fault!

  • this clash with society is seeded from the protesters... 'nonviolent protests' also require permits WITH law enforcement to avoid these situations. These situations can escalate to violent ones, and it is not the heroes in blues choosing. The spoiled and priviledges UC Davis students are crying because they want to cry, and pepper spray aids in crying.

  • @whiskyworm Do you really not understand the problem with the whole idea of protesting permits? "You can protest the government, but only when/where they say you can."

It's interesting how the only argument against protesters is "they're spoiled brats!" It's almost like there's no argument against what they're actually protesting about (a very disproportionate increase in income/wealth among the rich while personal income has remained stagnant for several decades and unemployment is high).

  • @BenkaiDebussy THEY PROTECT YOU! Their job is to protect the general public. Emotionally charged protests have begun peacefully in the past, and turned ugly. Have you seen sheriifs shanked working in jails? I doubt that. I do not respect the protesters nor what they are protesting. Have you seen the life all over the world? The UC Davis children are acting like spoiled brats when law enforcement officials inform them they are breaking the law, and ask them to move. Spoiled children say "NO!"

  • Jesus, if this is all it takes to get such a violent reaction from the police, i wonder how the pigs would react to a less peaceful protest. History has shown time and again, that the people in power set the standard for behavior in conflict. Its a pretty typical human characteristic to react with violence in the face of violence. When the pigs act like this, i cant shake the feeling that they want people to get pissed and give them a reason to break out the big boy guns.

  • @NewAmericanInsurgent violent? that is not violence

  • @whiskyworm Defifinition of violence......Behavior involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something. Now i understand that what American protesters are going through with the police is nothing in comparison to what the Egyptian, Syrian, or Libyan people had to go through, but it's violence none the less. Why do i keep having this same argument? Why is it "ok" to so many Americans for our police to use physical force against NON VIOLENT protesters?

  • So basically the chief is stating that the students were sprayed because the officers were surrounded? Well, I guess I'm blind but all I saw was a bunch of protesters on the ground being peaceful that were sprayed with pepper spray while the horde watched. Self defense is one thing but couldn't the officers just of dragged them off the lawn? In any case, the chief should either resign or be fired.

  • @JakeProffer what is saying is that her officers went to end an unlawful protest, for lawful protests are applied for with law enforcement. It is your civic duty to go into protective custody even when innocent, and wait for court. If an officer tells you to move, you better move. They wanted to cry, and pepper spray is a crying aid. Real heroes, law enforcement, or whiny college students... I side with law enforcement, for these emotionally charges rallies often turn ugly. Blue had a job to do.

  • @whiskyworm apparently it is your assertion that it is the job of the police to protect the unlawful behavior of the wealthy.

  • @finallykickinback Apparently you don't live in Davis. Because if you lived here you would know that students at UCD typically come from wealthy families and that most of the "students" that show up to these "protests" are actually transients that don't go to the University. Furthermore those "peaceful protesters" were intimidating and blocking people from entering the building and were creating a fire hazard. Those libtard hippie-wanna-bes were warned WELL IN ADVANCE to move or be pep sprayed.

  • @Robertjcksn40 If that's true, then why didn't Pike have the sense to check for student ID. Those students who had ID had EVERY RIGHT to be sitting on the sidewalk of their own campus! Those unlucky enough to not have ID could have been dragged away. This lack for foresight by Pike et al. shows a horrible lack of training. But then these are "campus cops", basically security guards who could not find work as real police anyplace. Anything beyond ticketing cars is too much for these guys.

  • @whiskyworm Police do not have the power to make you do anything they want. If you were actually thinking, you would understand the dire implications of them having that power. Everything the police do is not right by the sheer virtue of them being the police. You're pretty much the definition (literally) of an authoritarian. You're defining right and wrong by what the authority (police/law enforcement) deem right and wrong.

And no OWS-related protests have "turned ugly" absent police.

  • @JakeProffer you should learn more about the law... rather than cry for non law abiding citizens forcing the law enforcement agents hands.

  • Comment removed

  • @whiskyworm Police are supposed to enforce the law, but that doesn't mean that anything the police do is lawful. Police do not create the law; if a policeman tells me to suck his cock, I am not required by law to do so.

Your sense of morality is pretty immature. You're defining right and wrong as "what the law says is right and wrong." Not all laws are morally good. You might recall some laws that used to exist prior to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

  • let me teach u a little something,

u can have your protest no problem.

you cannot interfere with public pathways like walkways and blocking streets, it against the law. look it up

police say you can not block the way, move or we are going to pepper spray you.

NO! we are standing up for the protest and you are trying to stop us so we are going to try to make you look bad!

the cops ARE in the right, you CANNOT disobey the law and think the protest is some how going to save you herpa derp =S

  • I'm all for police protecting themselves from harm but shouldn't you pepper spray the people you feel threatened by and not the ones sitting on the ground quietly doing nothing? Uncalled for! That department should pay for what they decided to do.

  • SOUNDING LIKE THE DECISION TO PEPPER SPRAY CAME FROM THE TOP. VERY POOR JUDGEMENT ON THE PART OF POLICE, THE ACTION INJURED MANY STUDENTS, DENIED THE EXERCISE OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, AND MADE THE POLICE LOOK EVEN WORSE THAN THEY ALREADY DID.

  • The students weren't blocking anyone's passage. It's the University of California, a tax-supported school, therefore it's public property. Sitting linking arms is no worse than driving over the speed limit. Should you be pepper sprayed for that? All you "law and order" types seem more interested in being compliant than doing something about the big financial/political/economic mess we're all in. What happened was wrong on every level.

  • To everyone who has a problem with the spraying OC, they did give them warning, they are breaking the law, You are not on Public property, if its the schools property, and you cannot obstruct free passage. yes their are other uses of force, but OC is a less harmful method, and its better than having to use a baton.

  • Cavalierly pepper spraying a link of students that you can walk around is a means of protecting your exit? Huh? Pepper spraying is a legitimate response. When it the threat is legitimate. A row of protesters with arms linked pose a threat? WTF! I think the chief needs to start looking for a new job.

  • Hind-site is 20/20? That's her defense? If that works for her then can it work for the Nazi officers in the death camps or Ghaddafi or the cops at Kent State? Let's face it most cops are not very intelligent and are a bunch of military sheep.

  • @Lanie1228 while yer a mommys basement dweller with no value to anyone but yer gangsta bf who you blow cause yer stupid LOL

  • Dumb bitch! Officers safety? C'mon, what a bunch of wimps

  • @gormley771 ..dorkley said posting from the safety of his moms basement

  • @gormley771 200 against 20. yea, wimps. fucking moron

  • DUMB FUCKING BITCH no they didnt fucking deserve it no one who is causing pain to other people deserves that fuck that shit

  • Hindsight is 20/20 and that was the decision that was made.

Nice defense. I'll remember that the next time I break the law and am expected to pay for my actions.

  • that's some B.S.

  • They circled them... and watched. This is clearly an attempt to justify a wrongdoing. If you have ever been enrolled to any school, not just college, you will know this is normal. Kids tend to just group up around fights or conflicts and watch.

The students were assaulted. It is as simple as that.

  • These protesters not only surrounded the police, they did so to prevent their friends (who had been arrested) from being taken to jail. They will deal with quite a bit more than a little pepper spray...obstruction, intimidation, possible attempted lynching...who knows.

  • @TheWarriorProject The protesters had a legal right to be where they were. “Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306.

  • @scottandrewhutchins see how far that gets you in the real world. The place to resolve an unlawful arrest is not in the street, it is in the courts, or you throw every bit of this precious constitution out the window by making yourself as bad as they are.

  • @TheWarriorProject So, in other words, you defend the abuse of power by cops until a court determines that the specific instance was an abuse of power. What a tool!

  • @scottandrewhutchins no, I support the system WE created, and continue to refine over the courses of our respective lives. I don't assume to judge guilt and execute the guilty because I am not a court of law, and neither are you.

  • @TheWarriorProject You are taking the cops' side, so you are judging the students guilty. I believe the students' Constitutional rights were violated, and cannot support the cops, and I don't believe a reasonable person can consider the pepper spray justified.

  • @scottandrewhutchins And you whine on about the students right's while encouraging vigilantism to obstruct the rights of the accused. Who do you think you are to pass judgement. It was rhetorical, don't bother answering, you are as bad as the cop you've directed your hatred toward. You would see his rights violated without any opportunity for a trial. You are no upstanding human being concerned about rights, you are a fraud.

  • @TheWarriorProject I think the cop should get a fair trial, which I believe would lead to his conviction.

  • @scottandrewhutchins Trial? Unlikely unless there's a civil suit. Of all uniformed services, the police are held to the lowest standard of law. Inevitably a civil suit, if fairness surfaces, will lead to losses for the officers involved, the Police Chief, and the Chancellor Internal actions will and should lead to the suspension of them all except for the half million $ per year Chancellor who should be fired outright. We are talking fairness, right?

  • @BellwetherToday That's why @TheWarriorProject is a fool.

  • @scottandrewhutchins he does deserve a fair trial, as does everyone. I doubt it would be possible to have one though.

  • @TheWarriorProject The only fraud to be noted in conversations with you is yourself. Note who has been first suspended, now tried, now convicted. You are willing to just make up any old shit to provide yourself an excuse to spout the silly nonsense yoiu're too stupid to realize is simply your own trapped gas.

  • @TheWarriorProject excuse me, but which constitution are you referring to? It must be the constitution of the Saturday Nite Beer-soaked Squeege Boys. Where specifically in the US Constitution is your claim about how unlawful arrest should be handled mentioned? You can't say can you? It's because you don't know. Don't waste time looking, just swill another Bud Lite while you pass gas, because it's not there.

  • @scottandrewhutchins Stop using the law. Let go your conscious self and use your feelings! Be like the cops. USE THE FORCE!

  • @TheWarriorProject Quite simply, you are a liar. You know that you are a liar and you know the only 'proof' you have to fall back on is the gossip of other liars like yourself. You are not a warrior. You are not even a rent-a-putz loitering outside a beauty parlor. The notion that you might be just another little jerk would only embarrass authentic little jerks everywhere.

  • @BellwetherToday you are a partisan tool. "Quite simply", that is. I love when tools like you begin your little rants with catchphrases like that, thinking it makes you sound less like the epic dolt that you are. I'm sorry, was this about MY video or THIS video? Because if it was about this video your asinine comments wouldn't have been aimed at me personally. You don't have a fking clue what you're talking about. I speak truth, whether you like it or not. That you don't makes me chuckle.

  • Pike is attempting to instigate a riot. Pepper spraying these kids is totally inappropriate. We live in an abusive, uncompassionate society where war is glorified. Those who promote, encourage and protect corruption, violence and war are purely evil.

  • Top commenters are morons, the student protesters escalated it by surround the police, and the police don't have to deal with that bullshit. If these "adults" want to thrown themselves on the floor and protest, they can go home and whine about not eating their vegetables like the 5 year olds they're acting like.

  • @CallsignSpanky you are a stupid person. This it is the students campus. They PAY the cops. There used to be something called free speech in this country you know? I've seen your comments on other videos about this incident. you must be either stupid or a cop. You have rights and lots of people fought and died for them, now don't waste them. A lot of people are being deprived of their rights, abused and humiliated because of people like you who think it's ok to do this to PERSONS AND BROTHERS.

  • @CallsignSpanky You tell 'em Spanky. Because we all know in a FREE society you obey the Police. Always. We know in a FREE society you are free to protest until you go against what Spanky and the State want to hear. Because in a FREE society the police are FREE to do what ever they want. In a free society everyone any kind of activity counter to the wishes of the state is a form of force. If your ideal society is what you'd consider freedom, I'd sure hate to see what you think goes on elsewhere.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo You forgot to capitalize a "free", and even if you are in a free country, maybe you shouldn't prvoke this sort of action. Point is, situation was escalated. Move or be pepper sprayed.

  • @CallsignSpanky Yeah! Maybe the patriots should not have declared their independence from England. I'll bet you'd make one fine Tory back in the day. These kids have had their future stolen from them in order to pay for another few years of gambling by people who ship their jobs overseas, don't invest in industry anymore, and now extract wealth from enterprises instead of investing in enterprises. They're screwed for the rest of their lives. You're/we're lucky they are not taking up arms.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Who's talking about WHY they're protesting? Geez I just got done doing one of these debates. You misunderstand my side of it though, I said the cops were surrounded which was an escalation of the protesters. Enough said right

  • @CallsignSpanky No. There's a balance to be had. The American way stipulates that you must disobey a unjust, and unconstitutional law or order. It's built into the system. As civil members of a republic we must maintain our calm, maintain our composure under fire, but not give up on our demands. These kids are exemplary Americans. They did not give up the field, they maintained their composure, were brave under fire, and maintained calm. The police were just the opposite, even having arms.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Okay nutjob!

  • @CallsignSpanky I'm sorry Spanky, you're the nut job. The entire system of courts is predicated on the duty of an American to disobey unconstitutional law. Our system fails if everybody obeys the law. I'm sorry. Rosa Parks, Terry, Miranda, the list goes on. And it comes from the other direction as well. Look at the convictions for Abu Ghraib in Iraq. What was the rulings of the judges in the cases of the convicted? It is the duty of soldiers to disobey unlawful orders. I'm sorry, you are wrong.

  • The peaceful intentions of the students is easy to see. The police used unreasonable, unlawful, and unconstitutional force. The kids were brave maintained composure, and did not return fire. The police on the other hand conspired to commit crime. They attacked unarmed Americans knowing full well that the odds of the students using force was very small. After attacking the students and not suffering counterattack it is immoral for the University to defend itself. Leadership must lose position.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Alrighty then Looney Tune!

  • @CallsignSpanky Spanky, you only call me cartoon names because you look at the world as if it were a cartoon. You are not ready to deal with the realities of the world, that's why you are probably always angry when you see people doing things you do not agree with. You probably think your emotional reaction to the world has a hard link to objective reality. Okay, if so come back with some logic. History does not agree with you Spanky. The United States is not some perfect shining city.

  • @CallsignSpanky Ah, so the great almighty Spanky speaks and we all see his wisdom. As to my hair. I keep it high n tight. In fact, right now it's a buzz. 0.150" right now. I assure you, unless you are bald, your hair is of hippi proportions compared to mine. I'm going to make an assumption that you confuse strength with freedom and violence for resolve, courage, and the right. I'm going to bet you've not read your nations founding documents, let alone remember more than 2 years back in time.

  • @CallsignSpanky If I may, and I will. Suggest. The Constitution of the United States. The Declaration of Independence, and the Federalist Papers. As you read the Constitution, consider moder times. The Declaration is pretty stark, there's no confusing what are the founding ideals of the nation there. The Federalist Papers is a nice study in gray. It's easy to see how things can go wrong ... and right. I also suggest the history of your nation. Fascinating story. You'll like Hamilton I bet.

  • If you are a Hamilton type, and know who he is, and what he stood for. Consider me a Franklyn type. A Ben Franklyn type of American.

  • @CallsignSpanky I just looked at your profile. Okay. You're young. Learn the history of the nation you think you love. I can assure you that right now, you are anti-American. You practice the kind of patriotism that was found in the Soviet Union. You are in love with power, you are too young yet to understand what freedom is, and what it is not. You may be the type of person who by his nature does not appreciate other peoples freedom only your own. Well good luck. Your future was stolen too.

  • @CallsignSpanky Xaxhxa. К черту! If you are not an American what the hell are you doing here маленький мальчик? Go back to your slavic wonderland and revel in the greatness of your ethnicity. Really stay out of American politics unless you want to become an American too and contribute. Otherwise, to hell with you.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Well last time I checked your annoying pointless posts, it's a free country?

And get out of here with that Russian garbage. Do I look communist to you? Slavic wonderland haha thats great! And I'm not in politics am I? Not once did I say anything about WHY they're protesting did I? Maybe you should read that for the fourth time, I apparently understand English better than you. Read my initial comment, IT'S ABOUT CHILDREN BEING SPANKED RIGHT? READ, CAN'T YOU READ?

  • @CallsignSpanky Yes as a matter of fact you do behave like a Russo-Slavic nationalist. The kind that have pictures of Hitler under their pillow because their babooska would kill them if they understood what their kid looked up to. Really, Florida, why are you in the USA? You behave like a Southern Hick, the kind who thinks he's stocking up to rebel and restart the CSA. But if you are not American, I'd say you are from former Yougoslavia (Refugee?) or from the F-USSR. So where's the motherland?

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Looks like I've pegged you. You're a psychotic idiot who thinks he's a patriot huh?

So which is it then? Am I a communist Ruskie or a Selfish Hick?

Neither you fucking idiot, I act like someone who works for themself, and watches for themself only. And the stupid thing is, I know if I tell you where I'm from I know you'll make even more retarded assumptions.

  • @CallsignSpanky Well where ya from boy? I never said selfish hick, you did. And I said you act like a Russo-Slavic nationalist. I did not say you were one. If you're not an American, what are you? And why are you here? And, most importantly, why do you insist people respect you as if you were a combat vet when all you do is play paintball?

  • @AndrewTubbiolo "why do you insist people respect you as if you were a combat vet when all you do is play paintball?" dude, really? when the fuck was this brought up? Do you have pretend little conversations in your head or something? this is like the sixth time you brought up a topic that is irrelevant to what I brought to this video? And when you actually talk about something I DID say, you can't seem to remember what it was. Go back and read, like the unpatriotic hick YOU are.

  • @CallsignSpanky For the edification of others. In your words. "I fucking dare you to talk about paintball/war as a game or in the same category. Idiots ....." and "but post something on my page that's ignorant and insults me, my community, and the ACTUAL soldiers in war, ....". It does not take much to deduce what you are. A pretender. You are siding with the cops in this vid because you either cannot join a military force, but you crave acceptance and the lifestyle of a soldier.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Your comments just keep getting more and more ridiculous. Where in the hell do you see me demand respect? I demand for you to stop being an imbecile and waste of life. If you think I'm a pretender, buddy you've got it SOO much worse because with my pretending I can actually get somewhere in life. Maybe you should research a little about paintball, talk about learning then buddy. I sided with the children being spanked, you're getting even more incompetent.

  • @CallsignSpanky That's pretty weak. I'm sorry but throwing paint at people does not get you anywhere in life. Nor does shooting real guns. Good luck getting somewhere in life. Where ever your real home is. Well folks, want to know why cops are so violent? Just read this thread and you'll see how the insecure who crave power and acceptance revert to violence when they feel slighted. As you can see, it does not take much.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Throwing paint is weak?

Buddy, there is thousands of careers based on paintball that apparently you can't comprehend. When'd this debat ebecome about paintball? Oh wait I forgot you have issues with your brain working. And yes millions, don't underestimate a sport. And comparing me to cops who abuse power is nowhere similar? The real problem is cops are real violent because they have to deal with morons like you. And telling me to get a life? I'm 18, you're 39, you're an idiot.

  • @CallsignSpanky Thousands of careers? Do you realize you are saying that paintball can act as the backbone of an economy? Bozhi Moi! Sorry kido, police, soldiers, not much else. You're 18 yo, by the time you're 21 you won't be putting "I play paintball" on your job resume. And I was right, you are on welfare. You sponge off your parents.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Yeah, there are leagues on paintball for college and for professionals, and retail for paintball is large as well. In fact, I have a career in retail paintball and I don't live on welfare :)

And I won't be needing a resume because while you think it's a pretend sport, I find it more entertaining then protesting or sitting on youtube talking to idiotic 39 year olds. You continue to insult something you know nothing about, I at least apologized to debaters where I was wrong.

  • @CallsignSpanky Kid you're 18 you don't have a career. I find it very doubtful you're out of the house more than a few months. And I would apologize if I were wrong. I am not. So far you've been pretty much what I said you were.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Well for me being 18 and it not being a career in your eyes, it's gotten me pretty far! :)

And You're actually right, I am a pretender. I pretend to have fun and have friends when I play paintball because as someone who works in your line of work, you would understand right? And there you are again overstretching irrelevant topics, you really would make a good Politic since they only debate irrelevant shit. I'm done arguing with a pile of mud who understand not why he is mud.

  • @CallsignSpanky Spanko boy, thank you for showing people what kind of person there is out there. Folks this kind of insecurity you see from Spanke is just what goes through the heads of these cops. Now Spankie, where are you from. You deny you are an American, yet you say you live here "because it's cheaper". Why do you live off the American teat? Are you on welfare? Let us know the alternative international viewpoint you contribute to the discussion?

  • @AndrewTubbiolo The American teat? Don't talk like you're an American, because someone who is as unpatriotic and retarded as you, would never be put on the side of America. I refuse to tell you where I'm from because all you'll do is make irrelevant comments regarding you idiocy thinking about everything around you. You've made a interesting debate about Police brutality into something irrelevant and now insulting millions of individuals.

  • @CallsignSpanky Millions? Really? Millions? I doubt that. I'll say I insulted one. You. Maybe about 1000 more who are like you. Imagine the horror if I did insult millions! So what kid, go get a life.

  • @AndrewTubbiolo Also, you called the whole sport pretending, that's insulting every single person who plays it.

That's definitely in the millions buddy. Get out and play a sport sometime, or just get a life point blank

  • @CallsignSpanky Sorry kid. I fly airplanes and telescopes. I have a real job. Good luck since you're just starting yours. The only place you'll go far with that chip on your shoulder is the police or the military. They'll take care of that for you as well. If you came into my shop with that chip on your shoulder and a resume that said you play paintball. I'd laugh you out of my place and encourage you to let to door hit you on the back side on your way out.

  • /get fired

  • @TheWarriorProject I challenged a ticket in court and watch a cop lie his asshole off to defend his screw up he did against me under oath. I know cops that take drugs and others that drink on the job. I have friends that have been attacked without provocation by cops. You were just lucky that that cop didn't shoot you for the intruder. You should be ashamed. We had a guy here that was shot in his house by a cop. They were call in by a neighbor and when the cop passed a window bang.

  • @Wydo1 I also had a cop lie is ass off in traffic court.

  • @scottandrewhutchins Cops never lie. Everything the state says is the truth. Always. Remember that. Obey and be happy. Resist and be punished. You live in a free society. Remember that. ...... Some people can see this as an attempt at humor, some as a sad state of American society today, some accept it as literal truth.

  • This police action is 1000% unacceptable. The officers were clearly in no danger and had no right to spray the peaceful demonstrators. Welcome to the Police State of America.

  • @willit63 bullshit. those cops were outnumbered hundreds to one, they were surrounded, and did everything right. You don't get to surround the police, lock arms and begins yelling at them and then expect not to be pepper-sprayed. Only a dolt would have such an expectation.

If anything they should demand a refund from UCD for leading them to believe they were intelligent enough to be educated in the first place.

  • @TheWarriorProject The were cowards bullying unarmed and peaceful protesters.

  • @TheWarriorProject I disagree. This was a PEACEFUL student demonstration. At no time were the police in any danger whatsoever. The students did not surround the police with locked arms. They were simply sitting on the ground. The students were well within their constitutional rights to protest in this way. The use of pepper spray was completely inappropriate in this situation, and a gross violation of the rights the police are sworn to protect.

  • appropriate? pepper spray his kids then next time they disobey him. he must have penis envy
