Bible says you should stone unruly children to death.I was very worried about this text. Should I really kill my children for god?? I didnt know what to do. Fortunately Jesus spoke to me in my sleep and said I should not kill my children. He said I should kill my mother. This is not in the bible. Should I do as the bible said? Or should I listen to Jesus?
John 8:4-7 "Teacher," they said to Jesus, "this woman was caught in the act adultery. The law of Moses says to stone her. what do you say" The were trying to trap him into saying something they could use against him, but Jesus stopped down and wrote in the sand with his finger. they kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said, "all right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone"
@The1VoiceOfReason 2nd part of message..John 8:1-3 wasn't included in first post.
John 8:8-11 "8 Then he stooped down again and wrote in the dust. 9 When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one, beginning with the oldest, until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. 10 Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, “Where are your accusers? Didn’t even one of them condemn you?” 11 “No, Lord,” she said. And Jesus said, “Neither do I. Go and sin no more.”
Well, there is Bush's partner in crime B. Hussain Obama. Obama is continueing with the Patriot Act and the war that he said that he would end immeadiatly. He is continueing to print money and devalue the dollar. The left-right paradimgn is just something to divide us.
THERE ARE EXTREMISTS ON BOTH SIDES . Palen-and the southern far right - which is all the GOP has left Only 21 %.admit to being a Repub. Obama won 11 states that used to be GOP states. Voters said- enough ! To the Reagan then Bush policy of deregulation of banks that led us to a meltdown.
That's right! It was NOT JESUS who told him to make the decisions he made!!! He made them solely on his personal thoughts. God would never tell anyone to do that... Stupid Bush...
Bush is a psychopath ... unable to recognize the suffering of other human beings ... especially when that suffering is caused directly by his actions. The God / Religious think works very well for people cut off from their true selves. It give them a pretense of being connected ... oh wait that's the majority of religious followers.
I'll never be able to reconcile the Christianity that Bush hyped with Bush's deeds. Torture? Robbing the poor and the middle-class to enrich his already wealthy pals? Nothing about Bush is worth a damn.
Great selection of images--must have taken a lot of time and thought considering how much "good stuff" we have on the man. What will we do without him?!!
I started watching this and was immediately smiling. Even laughing. Appreciating the humor. By the end, I had tears streaming down my face. My anger raw and exposed. It's embarrassing that I could let myself go so passive about what this man and his cohorts have done over the last 8 years.
Thanks for putting this out there. Really impressive and powerful, with style, humor and depth.
He can't get out of the way fast enough. And then I'd prefer never to hear another word out of him.
It is truly amazing how this country put up with eight long frustrating years of this man and what he stands for. How was that? It feels like a very BAD DREAM...and thank you JESUS its over!
