I could not imagine my childhood without Pokemon.

One habit I had in particular was giving every Pokemone either a ridiculously stupid name or an obvious one.

In Yellow, I named by Pikachu "Mario" and in Crystal, my Totodile was "Leopold". I clearly remember decreeing a Spinarak "YUCK!" and naming every Unown after the letter I thought they were. ALL Legendaries were "Mr. Legend".

Fast forward to White: I named Tepig "Lamar" and a Roggenrolla "Popsickle Rock". Do some things ever change?

Some of the remixed tracks I do enjoy or even prefer, like the Rocket Battle, Rival themes, and particularly Dark Cave. However... others were better in their original guise to me, like New Bark, Goldenrod, and this. I loved HGSS, but the only problem I have with them is the wild pokemon levels. If you catch a pokemon later in the game, it takes up a huge amount of time to level it up.

The first time I was on route 29, I just liked this song. But after defeating the elite four twice, having all the badges, and all the legendaries, I cam back here..... And the nostalgia already hit me. This was where it all started. Just me and my cyndaquil. Our first adventure together........

I wish nintendo would make something that you could like, stick into the SD Card slot and then inset your DS games into the the that it inserted into the SD Card slot so you could play DS Games on the Wii like you could Game Boy (Color, Advanced) on the Game Cube. Pokemon is/was awesome and maybe there aren't many NOSTALGIAFAGS to appreciate these times because they look back at the past and think it was useless.
