Fair enough but Crystal managed to re-gain a fan base one of which the classics began loosing.

So, if Core had still been developing TR then the likely hood is that TR could be over. They couldn't keep using the grid method thing for game-play.

Crystal made a whole new audience. They never regained it. Tomb Raider original is dead.

Core would have done better. It was Eidos fucking them up giving them a low budget and little time. No way will I be fooled. Crystal Dynamics aren't talented enough to bring a game like Tomb Raider back with the shit they sell.

I know that Crystal aren't talented and I agree that Eidos was mainly the reason for the series 'downfall'.

But Crystal have done good things with the franchise too, mainly the game play. I have to admit I really disliked Underworld, but I enjoyed the TR:L & TR:A (they were good but perhaps not bad either).

The only one I could halfway-stand was Legend. But Anniversary was the worst one they'd come out with. Underworld sucked too, but that's another story for another day.

That's the biggest thing ((Other than what they did to Natla and the game itself...)) that I hate about Crystal Dynamics. I can't handle the way you make Lara move about. She looks stupid the way she shakes her stupid ass when she runs, she almost falls off of everything, and she can't turn while locked on. That sucks major dick.

@MsTubeRaider - Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a minute. When in the world did I ask you to explain Tomb Raider to me? I know exactly what happened, played through the games probably more times than you have. lol. And I think Core's games are a LOT more interesting than Crystal's Lara Croft story. Core's games were more for people who were older and enjoyed a more complicated storyline, and Crystal really couldn't come up with anything that didn't sound completely teenagery. Core was original.
