That's not the Game Gear version of Columns buddy. I would know since I used to have both the Game Gear and the game w/ the original packaging, Columns. That looks more like the Master System version. Anyway, fix the title.

Watch the video response I uploaded a few minutes ago. In the Game Gear version, you can choose amongst a few sets of blocks. Including jewels, squares, fruits, dices. Now shut up.

Actually, tar1982, from somebody whose been studying the Master System and The Game Gear, You've been wrong from the start. First of all, the MS's screen was much bigger, with a smaller palette, but the GG was able to add more to the palette and make the screen smaller none the less playable. If that was the Master System version, then, when it reset itself, it woulda had the Sega letters come out, a synth-SEGA choir, and it woulda said "MASTER SYSTEM" at the bottom during the synth-SEGA choir, instead of just SEGA on a blue BG.

Did it show MASTER SYSTEM at the bottom? Did it have the synth-SEGA choir? Did the SEGA letters come out of the right? No. It's not the Master System version of Columns.

I admit, however, that I used save states, because that score needed several DAYS to reach.
