Hi again...I need your help! I would like to know if you immediately started eating 1500 calories when you started phase 3. I know that you are suppose to increase calories but I am unsure as to how fast I should do that. @soverythankful , I slowly increase my calories, cause u don't want to gain that weight back so be careful of what u put in ur mouth. U can up the calories also from the food u've been eating in p2, but remember no sugar or starch. Meaning no bread, cookies, no rice all that. Hope I answer ur question. Good luck.

@naturalbeautyplus, this is my third time doing this diet. I already lost 47 lbs. U do take breaks in between. The injections I did once and I did the drops twice. And exercise is out the question cause u eating limit amount so u don't have enough energy to work out. I did stick to the 500 calorie and I was losing a lb to 2 lbs a day. U can start exerciseing when u get to p3 cause ur calories will increase to 1500.

Keep up the good work. I lost 30 lbs using the Hcg injectables. As you get closer to your goal it may sometimes seem to stall, it's purely hormonal and nothing we can go about it, but it always passes and our releases are great! An apple day sometimes kick starts it, too. you look great, not just your loss,but it is in your eyes. You ofter looked in to a camera, but one can see your hope and courage. Hi again...I need your help! I would like to know if you immediately started eating 1500 calories when you started phase 3. I know that you are suppose to increase calories but I am unsure as to how fast I should do that. Should I slowly build up the calories each day or just immediately start eating 1500 calories when I start phase 3??? Your advice will be greatly appreciated!

@soverythankful , I slowly increase my calories, cause u don't want to gain that weight back so be careful of what u put in ur mouth. U can up the calories also from the food u've been eating in p2, but remember no sugar or starch. Meaning no bread, cookies, no rice all that. Hope I answer ur question. Good luck.

@naturalbeautyplus, this is my third time doing this diet. I already lost 47 lbs. U do take breaks in between. The injections I did once and I did the drops twice. And exercise is out the question cause u eating limit amount so u don't have enough energy to work out. I did stick to the 500 calorie and I was losing a lb to 2 lbs a day. U can start exerciseing when u get to p3 cause ur calories will increase to 1500.

Keep up the good work. I lost 30 lbs using the Hcg injectables. As you get closer to your goal it may sometimes seem to stall, it's purely hormonal and nothing we can go about it, but it always passes and our releases are great! An apple day sometimes kick starts it, too. you look great, not just your loss,but it is in your eyes. You ofter looked in to a camera, but one can see your hope and courage.
