  • I think it's intentional. This is a mandolin promotional video for Collings. The guitar looks like it is intentionally pushed to the back and less prominent than the mandos.

  • Martin and Santa Cruz is the way to go. To be Honest, My Blueridge Br 160 Has more Vol. Drive, and more lows then that Collings. If he had A Blueridge BR 160. They would be telling him to lighten up. My Martin HD- 28 Smokes that Collings.

  • I'm glad I don't own a Collings guitar. That one there has no drive no Vol. Those mandolins just covered him up like a blanket. Just like all the others I here in Bluegrass. They have the same problem. They get covered up, and can't be heard.

  • @bluegrasssingingman Andy doesnt play that hard. The collings Ive played are some of the best guitars ive played to my ears, both in tone and volume.

  • @flatpikinguitar I'll keep my Martins, and Yairi. They don't have bolt on necks like Collings.

  • beautiful sound

  • That MT2 OV sounds fantastic in this clip.

  • How sweet it is!! Nice work guys!

  • Great Video...the Mandolins are incredible...the D1A kind of gets lost behind the mandolins....

  • WOW !
