Ok that was just odd. I was a corrections office and worked within the courts several times. The guy was already in cuffs, there are so many other tactics that could have been used to control him. If he grabbed a gun or something that is one thing, but he just stood there following over turning the table. Please, any law enforcement officer is trained in great detail, the skills needed for handling a situation.

look closer. The old guard that everyone says was scared of the inmate was actually looking at the guy shooting the taser. He wanted to get out of the way and that is why he looked so indecisive. He was unsure if he should try to continue to stop that black guy or if he should get the hell out of the way. So, although he is old, I don't think he was afraid of the inmate.
