numero six is overweight and is a very poor role model do not listen to his comments! i attended his class and he is the worst teacher ever, he changes choreography, and speeds up the music! he is very unsafe and more than 7 people that i know now refuse to teach with him.
I do not like the esquiva - if it is not taught properly I belive it is not safe.
Notice the instructor here turning his foot - I know of one participant who injured their ankle as the instructor told them to keep the floot flat on the straight leg.
