Oh my gosh...Tara you have such long legs! I'm a shortie so whenever I try some of the poses it's like "man, am I doing it right!!" Thank you sooo much for the awesome videos
Thank you for making this video! This is SOOO great for my spina bifida :] i mean it's occulta so it's super mild but i get a LOT of back pain quite often so these stretches were really helpful!

I just did this routine and I feel amazing. I havent been doing to so much yoga but I really want to incorporate it into a daily basics to do... I was a little bit scared to try out the middle plow pose (without reaching up the legs - not so good at balance, yet) but I manage to it but I strugled to get back nice and easy... but I will definitely try this again Thank you, Tara. @MacCunnyfunt I agree, I like the voice overs but Tara when you are doing voice overs can you please talk slower...dont take offence please, for some people who second language is English, it's a little hard to follow.

I have been dealing with a LOT of stress lately (going through a divorce sadly :( ) and my back and neck have been so tense, everyday they give me pain. I'll start doing yoga everyday like you suggested. I know it's SO good for my body and mind and soul. Thanks again, Tara.
Lovely! My favourite way to get into a headstand, by the way. And monkeying around is sometimes the best way to create not just space, but a sense of freedom in the body! :)

This was too fast and too advanced for me- I was only able to do ~60% of the poses. My back and spine did feel great afterwards, though. <3

Great routine! Sometimes you move too fast though, I feel like I don't get to experience and appreciate each pose fully. Maybe I'm just too slow :)
