I did the same in the 70s with a jig and a router my cuts were just as accurate and the whole job was 10 times quicker and a hell of a lot cheaper i fail to see the progress in this "new tecknology" campers are being built cheaper now but cost 20 times the price of the older ones my 70s camper is still doing great i wonder how your ones will look in 40 years time ??
