many people misunderstanding the concept why chinese government introduced one child policy. it is more than 1.3 billion people in China. 10 years ago, it was 1.2 billion. if the policy was not adopted, there will be more people on the earth, which potentially cause short on food, land, ect. i think it is smart move. government was not killing the girl. moron parents did. i don't want to blame them, because it was a old culture.
