I never she said she got a penalty vote for destroying his cigs but it was all part of that crazy night that led to her eviction. She thought if she ate she would be ineligible to play in the next HOH comp and that would convince the others to leave her alone in the current week. But she read the rulebook incorrectly, received a penalty vote and was given the boot. This all happened the day Dani & Amber were in NY doing Power of 10.

No...she was backdoored.

She was in a truce with Dick and Danielle. Jen didn't play in the POV, and was put up as a replacement when Danielle used the VETO on Amber..that's what Backdooring is.

She got the penalty vote AFTER she was nominated. And I don't think it was because of the Cigs, I believe it was for eating food, which she did after being backdoored.
