@kkac1987 hi-it's a very tight mix of both strings and brass playing the same note in unison. You're probably right on both counts!

:) You could hear the "BLAT!" quality of a low horn, plus the grind sound of the resined bow on low strings. The levels are so even you can't really tell one dominating the other.
