  • I agree with the other people on form. If you do the swings like he's doing them you will hurt your back. The hip snap is of the utmost importance when doing any swing, snatch or clean in kettlebell training. I'm sure Mr. Riccardo is not out of shape and his intentions are good but using the form he's doing can get you injured.

  • Hey whats up with all the people talking about Mr.Riccardo and how they think hes not in shape stop hating and try this workout yourselves instead of sitting on ur computer looking for people to make fun of, how bout u get off the computer and actually do this workout then we will c whose tired u hypocrites.

  • For those critics... do you think real martial artist build muscles just for show ? :D they are enough muscles to use in actual fights. If that guy hit you with a punch that carries his whole weight behind it... I don't think you would say that he is in bad shape:D

    And btw this workout builds great strenght...

    2-3 times a weak and each weak +1 set sounds good...

  • I think this is an awesome workout. And the dude is still in good shape hes just older. You cant expect every athlete to stay in top form his whole life. Eventually people wanna retire and enjoy some good eats and drinks. Fighters and all athletes alike make great sacrifices for their crafts. When they finally call it quitting time I really dont blame them for wanting to relax a bit. And they still are wells of knowledge and never lose their skill. Once again great workout.

  • The guy is a well respected martial artist and trainer. I suggest you look at what he has to say rather than what he can do. Ived seen teach and the stuff he shows are first class!
