also, i used to bite my nails to the nub and it was a horrible habit. what really helped me what was wearing acrylic nails, they were annoying as fuck but i finally got them to grow! now i can wear all the nailpolishes i've ever wanted and i just feel a lot more confident about my nails and im not embarrassed anymore. do it! you'll be really happy you did at the end :) make it a new years resolution
