Its actually not all that hard, they most likely use a colorchanger plugin in a video editing program.

In my oppinion however, they havn't done a good jobb. Yes the colors are well done however they've used a specific color as a base and it has the same as some of the vehicles seen in the background. Might be intentional but I doubt it.

They never change clothes, they simply change color - something like that would be impossible to pull off in real life.

NO . thats not how they do it. to do this they actually took about 24 photos a second, and they took about 1 fram by each photo. so that 3 some minute video we just saw was made by them taking photo by photo, changing the scene and changing what they were wearing each time the camera clicks. With the camera movement its hard to notice, but they do this the entire movie. and then realtime film at beginning and end.

They wear the same thing in the whole video.

In the video editing phase, they change the colour channels... which is why, if u look at the background at 0:18, the bus also changes colour.

Recheck the background... This was filmed at a public area. Also check for wrinkles in the clothes and positions, etc.

Would be impossible - and you're not really explaining how they did it, you're just trying to combine some lame information about how cameras work when you don't even know how they work.

And, if they would have done such a thing - explain the changing colors in the background as well as WHY they would do such a thing when it can so easily be achieved in a video editing program

okay i was baked when i was trying to explain what was happening. i for real know what it was now.

they filmed in VERY slow fps, about 10 so it gives it that choppy neat look. at the same time they then on their clothes ( where they are changing colour ) they are actually a very bright green, which is way to easy to change in post editing. anyway thats how its done ! so its all 1 filmed shot they have choreographed and then just edit it later frame by frameish.
