The only solution that I see - is redistricting. But being the idiots that we are, California voted it down. The Dem's & their masters - unions - spent millions & millions to spook the public. Sad.

klrdotorg, Californians passed prop 11 which was to have the legislature redistricted every 10 years by the people and NOT the legislators. I'm glad they passed it because I'm tired of the gridlock going on in Sacramento. And how they won't do anything because they know that they can get away from it because each district supports one party or the other where voters will vote for them anyways no matter how mad people are. So I'm glad they passed it.
