  • great

  • Excellent - give me some good ideas for my glutes - thank you!

  • song please.

  • youve got a great butt... but anyway is legpress any good for the glutes?

  • Dammmmmm

You guys changed the Music on this video wow, this music really sucks not too inspirational or match anything at all with the video, sorry to say but it is true, not to inspirational.

Anyways i still love the video without the music of course i have to open another channel music and play both videos at the same time so i dont have to listen the music of this video, but other than that im still very inspired by watching the video even that im a guy im still crazy with this workouts

  • ahhhhh, steroid-free athletes wout gross vascularity or roid-induced male jaw lines. CHEERS

  • Some great exercises. Just wondering if you have anything that stops that pendulum swing machine from coming down if the foot happens to slip on there? Would hate to see what would happen if there's nothing to keep that thing from hitting the tailbone.

  • Great conception! Low rep, heavy weight, raw workout with free weights! Outstaning!

  • so does this make you butt bigger or smaller?

  • I think working out the glutes is the hardest exercise. I can do squats, leg extension, hamstring exercises, calfs, biceps you just stand or sit there taking the pain same goes for the shoulders and stuff, but when I do glutes I end up with my clothes soaked in sweat, I hit the cardio zone and a bunch of other muscles come into play. By far, in my weekly routine glutes are the hardest. For me offcourse.

  • that ass omg

  • Is it just me or was that not very good form on the deadlift? Cause i was taught to not lift with my back but to get my butt as low as possible.

  • @boboz90 I was thinking the same thing. She probably just doesn't eat enough for growth.

  • That chick is beast. 'Nuff said.

  • Poor form on the dead lift.... somebody's gonna get a hernia

  • loved the video but hated the music :P

  • Liked your page and thought to say hi!

  • HEY!!! Very good video professionally done. Do you know what are those shoes called I would love to get those.

    THANKS =)

  • Kudos! A women who's not afraid to squat and deadlift? I think I may be dreaming; if I am, don't wake me up. Good design, but if I may interject:

Do you use such a variety of exercises to avoid boredom? Because many of these seem redundant, and you'd be better off doing more sets of the basics. None the less, a women that deadlifts is one after my own heart (I'm male). The fact you actually did some low reps is even better. Keep going.

  • now that's a freakin HARDCORE workout. love it!!!

  • please tell me where you got those shoes

  • she squats same weight i do... except shes a woman and shes hotter than me :P

never knew you could do hip thrusts with that much weight, is it safe?

  • fantastic training and great body - add banded GHR's and chain good mornings FTW

  • Nice pair of Five Fingers. Do you put on socks as well?

  • I'd like to touch that hiney....I'm just saying

  • She looks great in this vid! i really like the equipment at this facility! Any chance this is in Orange County, CA? hehehe. I'd love to check out all the cool equipment.

  • Her glutes look great don't get me wrong, but for all this intensity I'd expect them to be 2X as big. Just looks like a treadmill butt.

  • @eyekandy3000 You have to remember that glute size is mostly genetic.

  • @mpint302 Nonsense. Shape is mostly genetic, size is not. The gluteal complex has the highest concentration of TYPE IIB fibers, and the highest potential for growth. Perhaps her goal is density, and not overall size, as you need not get bigger to get stronger.

  • G.G.G.G

    Good Gratious, Great Glutes!

  • Hey Bret great video...what is that machine called at minute 2:44 of the video? Thanks

  • @methodtraining Thats a Reverse Hyper Machine. Your supposed lay on top of it facedown and bring your legs up so they are parallel to the floor. He just found another good use for it.

  • This would be sweet, if I actually came across/could afford this equipment.

  • love the high step ups bret i do alot of mountin hiking and climbing and these really helpwith hip drive and strength.. mark twight also uses them..

  • If you have $10,000, you too can do this workout.

  • @fizbin321 I see you just favorited a video of bodyweight frog squats with a rounded back for best lower body exercises, yet you slam this workout because it will "cost too much money." Most of these exercises can be performed with a barbell.

  • Kellie that is a amazing workout!

  • kane favorite this imma favorite this

  • Damn you got timbahwolf to favourite your video. Lucky chick.

  • that was pretty much awesome

  • AAAmazing. Great form as well.

  • Comment removed

  • Kellie you amazing!!!

  • what a body!

  • Did she do two sets of each exercise , like you mention in your blog

  • I woundered what those were she was wearing. Id rather have the black leather Gucci High top sports shoe. There about the same price and I could get more use from them all around.

  • thats a lot! too much?

  • Impressive as usual Bret - keep up the great work

  • I cant speak for Bret or anyone he trains with or anything ,but for at least the last ten years maybe more Ive used either bare feet ,socks only or prefered wrestling shoes on all my training except cardio. I prefer this over regular shoes because they dont have any shifting of weight or give and most reg. shoes do. I think this could also prevent injury ,I mean its not good to be squating and have a weight shift in the middle of a set . Could cause a serious injury,at least that my thinking.

  • @MrFurnerman A pair of vibrams are the way to go

  • it must be hard to walk after that... what's the benefits of those shoes and why not just being barefoot? just curios...

  • Wow, that was great. Obviously, these exercises work because she's got great glutes. Do you have her go through the circuit one time through or more? How many times per week do you have her perform that workout?

  • Beautiful . Now that's how a woman train... cant wait till my glute day 2mor .

Bret, You are truly the Glute King.

  • Love the hip thrusts. Gotta try these!! Is the only difference between the barbell glute bride and the hip thrusts that you are on the floor for the glute bridge?

  • is that all in one workout?,its alot.

  • great glutes
