why the fuck is everyone picking on char in these frickin videos? i just watched one where heero yuy, of all people, feeds him a buster cannon shot to the face.
Because she considers Char a greater enemy and despite her hate for the Federation she could not accept Char's methods for dealing with them (though she still joins up with him if you refuse her offer, presumably because she doesn't think she has a chance on her own).
Yes, I played it. Now to be honest I don't know Japanese, but Gamefaqs has a partial script that conveniently ends at the point she makes her offer and explains her reasons.
@aesopo12 After the last battle of the One Year War Char fled for Axis. There Char and Haman, who was the daughter of the moderate leader of Axis, became lovers. Char eventually left Axis in 0083 after falling out with Haman and because of Axis' increasing radical tone, seeking war with the Federation rather than trying to remain a blip under its radar.

XD well Char is so awesome he has to be beat on. I always laugh when I see Haman beating on Char though cuz she's taking out her emotions on him. ;D
