@frasertrials it helps to keep pressure through the chanter and helps to slowly get used to driving the

larger volume of air needed for the drones

Over a year hes been on the pipes.He practices daily. These are just some simple tunes to entertain the family at Christmas.He plays in a Gr.4 pipeband now. He also takes private lessons from one of the worlds best pipers (teachers ), which is why he plays so well.Hes leaving today to go to France and play at the Canadian War Memorial Vimy Ridge then he goes to Holland for 9 days to play there.

Ive been playing pipes for 13 months and I can play "Captains Pledge" (look it up) so experience doesnt mean much. Skill comes with practise and this kid seems to have practised hard for his family so do him a favour and LEAVE HIM ALONE if u r gonna send comments badmouthing his playing. Well done mate keep up the practice
