a wacom tablet is a tablet that some laptop users get to have a real mouse: I own one, and I draw with it: it comes with a stylus to draw with. I got mine at best buy for around 70$ but the most expensive there was around 300$. its really nice because its like drawing on paper but its on the computer. :D hope i helped at all. :P
