I am thrilled beyond measure at how Michael constructed his will to keep Debbie Rowe from getting anything more, as rapacious as she is!

I can recall in the attachment for the will to be probated that , the executors of his estate, could not put a value on his estate, because of the mess that it was in. Michael had several pieces of property, (even one in Hidden Hills, in addition to the house he once shared with Lisa) bank accounts a fleet of 75 cars. It would take them a long time to sort through this is massive estate. I am not so willing to say or align with the idea that there is something fishy just yet.

I am a big fan of your work Pearl and love new info, but interestingly my grandmother died 13 months ago and because we have not been able to sell her property, the deeds remain in her name. I'm not knocking what you have found, but I need to answer my own questions when evidence as good as this comes to light.

Could the deeds be unaltered because the properties have yet to be sold?

Would the deeds now say the TRUST own the properties and so be recorded like the Debbie Rowe alteration?

This information is public info and anyone can get a copy. When I did real estate I was able to do a name search on any name and see if they were on a deed. There are websites that specialize in title searches. It only takes about a month to make changes on deeds, so if there were a death, a change could be effective within that month. Unless there is a question as to who holds title, then there can be a delay. Looks to me that MJ still holds title on his probs, but as a dead man?

Yup and I believe the Neverland property is registered under the Jackson Family Trust. Trust does not necessarily mean that the person has to be deceased to have ownership under a trust.

He did say the policy had lapsed because of nonpayment, but they negotiated with his carrier for the paid up portion, which was 2.5 mil. I DO find it interesting that this "aide" just happened to forget to pay the premiums on his life insurance policy as of March 2009. Who forgets to pay something as important as that? Poor Michael. LOL

I don't wish to burst anyone's bubble here, but the estate actually collected 2.5 million on MJ's "PERSONAL" life insurance police after his "death". The policy was written for 22 mil. According to Branca's letter, one of Michael's aides forgot (??) to pay the premiums on that policy from 03/09 forward and therefore MJ's estate was only awarded the paid up portion of 2.5 mil. It had nothing to do with the Lloyds policy written for the O2 concerts of 17.5 mil. But keep believing, he's ALIVE!♥

@padussia I can't remember the exact url of the video that I watched but in the video, there was audio with a transcript of what was being said in the 911 call and then there was an image of the transcript with the call address and the time that the call was placed, etc. In the bottom right corner (Not that noticeable but when looking carefully you will notice it), there is an address (NOT Carolwood's address) and when the address was traced (by hoax investigators) it was the Beverly Hills Hotel
