@relentlessaddict98jm the V1 and V2 projects were not a waste!1)the warheads were too light.if dirty warheads (uranium/plutonium) had been used...that would have turned the balance i'm sur.

2)if the V2 rockets had been fired from a ship near the coast of the USA !(a german "pearl harbour" effect!) we all know it was possible to fire IBM's from a ship so...firing a V2 rocket was absolutely not impossible.

absoluteley pointless it takes about 30 minutes to reload and u can only fire it where the gun is pointing as the thing can't swivel. Another example of the way the germans absoluteley threw away resources in the end of the second world war along with v1 and v2 projects. (hitler being the main reason for such a stupid waste of money and manpower)

The British Empire and France had essentially the entire economic resources of the United States, and as an ally later in the war. Also the Allies had a huge manpower supremacy even before the US joined. Germany did a great Job of fighting on 5 fronts during this war.

Das Geschütz hat den Brückenkopf der Alliierten in Italien bechossen, das war die hölle für die Alliierten, obwohl es nur eine recht langsame kadenz hat^^

the Leopold gun is on display at the Ordinanace museaum in Aberdeen MD. I've been there 3x. You are permitted to get right up close to it and can walk under it. The Atomic cannon sit not far from the Leopold.
