yup. thats what they call it in japan, but here in america its ultimate ninja 4. i didnt buy accel though, the commercials for ultimate ninja started airing like a week and a half after it actually came out. so by the time they put out commercials, i already went and bought it. i sold my soul to the devil for it, but i bought it. XD

yeah i was thinkin of even goin online and seeing if i could buy accel 2, but idk if it has english language options. like ultimate ninja allows you to turn the audio into japanese, but idk if it goes vice versa for accel. if it did, then i am gonan go search for it right now XD.

o dat its easy and hes doin dat with his arm though but yea if u dont already know by now all u hav to do is charge at the oppenent and press the attack button and back at the sametime and dats if they dont use substitution and u can also do it if u sub. and appear behind them...i do it all the time
