Not exactly. The Dorocche Theif Gang (Squeak Squad in English) are stealing all of the strawberry shortcake. King DeDeDe, having stolen all of the food in Dreamland in Kirby's debut game, is Kirby's first suspect. But while rushing to DeDeDe's castle, Kirby is interrupted by the Dorroche, who, upon seeing him, split up and hide all over Dreamland, hiding the cake in the chests. My guess is that for 100%, you have to get all of the cake back.
