Hun Sen not only let Thaksin come and go as he please in and out of Cambodia, he can lives there as long as he please. Because he 's an adviser to PM Hun Sen and to the Royal Government of Cambodia. Hun Sen is the only good trusted honest friend that Thaksin ever had. Even now he's no longer having power, still Hun Sen and the Cambodian government protect him while he's ousted by the Military.
